The best location and the best “lemons”! Gretchen the store manager and her team are always on point and so helpful. If you need help, someone is always there to assist, and find solutions. Yes, it’s a smaller store which makes it great for those just starting to buy Lululemon. It’s not overwhelming or intimidating to come here.

I’ll start this review by saying I’m a loyal fan of this brand, and have been for years. The company produces high quality items that usually never let me down. Every once in awhile, I find myself with a piece, where the seam starts to undo or something along that nature. And in every instance that this has happened, I’ve brought the item to the store to see about a replacement, keeping their company policy in mind. And every time, an employee has been more than helpful in finding me a replacement. Well I went in today, to this location off of W. 6th and spoke with a young lady (long blonde hair) and she completely dismissed my concerns for my two shirts, where the inside seam had completely undone. I explained to her these two items were less than a year old and this should not be happening. Her ONLY response was “sorry it looks like you’ve outworn the shirt”. I told her in the past, particularly this store, has helped replace faulty items for me. She claimed I was mistaken and that was not their policy. Not only did she offer zero help to me, a customer, she also laughed about it, as if something was funny. Maybe she thought it was funny that two shirts that I paid a premium for were slowly but surely failing apart at the seams. I’ll live without these shirts, it’s honestly no problem. What really caught me off guard was this employee’s careless attitude and the nonchalant laugh in my face. My goal here is not to talk poorly about this brand or their quality. My goal is that someone in management sees this review and can maybe offer some customer service training to this young lady. Because her current knowledge of the company and how to treat the company’s customer is not it.

In a time where “shopping” requires you to wait outside in the Austin summer heat + humidity for a long time, Jared helped me out tremendously. I had went earlier in the day, but accidentally gotten the wrong size. I wanted to do an exchange, but they didn’t have the item in the size I wanted. Jared actually talked to me over the phone and went through their stock, and he made a recommendation on what color to get. He held it the new item for me. I arrived, and he came out and did the exchange for me inside. I was in and out in less than 5-10 minutes, which beats waiting 30-60 minutes in line since they’re only allowing 3 people in at once. Definitely recommend Jared!

I always have a great experience at Lululemon stores but coming from the East coast, this store was disappointing. There was limited merchandise in the men's section, things were in the wrong place and frankly there was an employee who was just rude. It was a bad enough impression that we chose not to purchase and instead went to a competitor down the road.

I attended the “In the Practice Series” here and I enjoyed myself. Great vibes, and the people were welcoming. I saw a nice Lululemon black bag that looked like it was well made. They have tights and the bonus part is they have pockets in them yayyy!

Great staff with awesome sense of humor and premier customer service. I had bought a pair of surge running shorts with a liner and after a few wears realized they weren't for me. I returned to the store and before I could even finish explaining my situation, the store associate was quick to suggest another pair that might be to my liking. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel like their selection of items is somewhat limited. Regardless, I was very pleased and will definitely be coming back soon!
