I visited this store Tuesday morning December 18th. While shopping I overheard what I assume was a manager yelling at employees in the backroom. Her tone and language made me and other customers so uncomfortable that some left the store. As I was finishing my shopping I witnessed 2 young ladies, I presume the employees who were being screamed at, come out of the back room in tears. I will NEVER shop at children's place again . How can you employ someone in a postition of leadership that would speak to people in that manner . I have shopped this store often in the last year and have always had positive experiences...but this was absolutely unacceptable . Hopefully someone above the screaming manager will correct the situation.

I called the store twice and Julisa answered. I told her, that I am looking for particular dresses and if she can help me by looking for the size. She hung up twice on me. My brother called from his phone and she was finally willing to help. I went into the store and asked for help and she was not willing to help. Very disappointed with this store employee!!

I was in complete shock at how dirty and unorganized this store was. Clothes, trash, hangers all over the floor, you couldn't even walk without stepping on something. I wasn't asked once if we needed help finding anything. I'm sure it was because all 3 women working were at the register talking to each other or on their cellphones. At the time I was there, they were not busy either!

Excellent items in the store, friendly staff but but it’s really disorganized and items on the floor. I also wish items were marked better for sales. So it was hard to know how much everything whether it’s a sale item or not.

Been going here for about 4 years, have had almost no problems with staff or prices. A decent place to go for childrens clothing.

My wife was here saturday and 3 girls picked up her phone and walked out.. Not one of the guards helped and no cameras were watched.. The polaris mall has went downhill...
