after confirmation emails and texts for my appointment, True Tax canceled at the last minute. Unfortunately, with my work schedule I can't afford to reschedule with this company and potentially have it happen again. Quite frustrating to hire a babysitter and plan this out weeks in advance, receive confirmations leading up to an appointment just to be canceled.

I have used Frank and True Tax Service for the last 5 or 6 years for my tax returns. I tell people it is the best $$ i spend every year. Frank is knowledgable and makes an appointment to sit down with you and go through the taxes with you item by item. You leave the appointment knowing exactly how much you owe or will get back as well as a printout of the tax forms. His expertise is helpful to customers in understanding the new tax laws and programs from year to year. I have referred several people to Frank, and all have been very happy as well.
