Came into Temple Terrace branch to simply add my wife's name to my account. Was told to come back next week when they have time. I will be closing my account and going somewhere else.

Sheila and Hector made this experience amazing! We were greeted promptly at the door and were quickly taken care of for our appointment with Hector. He was quick, effective, and very personal with us. He made us feel like we were human and took care of opening an account for us. We will definitely come back and visit Hector again since he was really awesome!

I sincerely wish I could leave a lower rating. I should have never and will cease to continue use of this undignified and unprofessional bank. I wake up this morning to find an email stating my account has been blocked and closed due to “recent activity or information we requested was not provided”. Did I receive a phone call from chase beforehand, no, did I receive and email from chase requesting information on recent activity or requesting information, no, they went straight to a closed and frozen bank account with no notice what so ever. I am now fighting back and forth with them to even be given access to withdrawal MY money from their bank. The supposed “recent activity” is a check deposited into my account that chase themselves reviewed, pended and then accepted and are now closing my account because they cannot very that check. If you can’t verify a cashiers check even with a review process and a 24 hour pending period then you are abysmal and an embarrassing excuse for a financial institution. Not to mention all the other problems I have had with them just trying to open a simple checking account, which they managed to royally botch as well.

I called many time on this branch but they never pickup the phone and when go directly to bank then very rude. Banker and branch manager are not helpful, specifically branch manager is very very rude. It seems She doesn’t need business from this branch.

I was so excited that a branch of Chase was coming to Temple Terrace but it is not a regular full service branch. It was poorly staffed the day I went and you can probably expect a decent wait for any thing outside of a normal transaction. Once I was waited on, the service was great.

Super strange open format and insufficient staffing. Bankers set up to fail with this set up. People watching is top notch though! The police even showed up because a gentleman was frustrated. Heard it all. You could just sit and listen to everyone’s financial woes in the lobby. But if you’re looking for any sort of privacy in your financial dealings, try another branch perhaps? Not sure when the meandering in the lobby set up became popular - i was told that people like the restaurant-like environment - but it strikes me as unprofessional. Additionally, i ended up closing my account not only because of the poor customer service/strangeness of the physical location/lack of answers when needed, but i opened the account with an offer/coupon code of $250 for establishing a new account but was informed after the fact that my offer/code was expired. My direct deposit was also hitting a day later and there are a ton of fees. Never again, Chase.

Stopped in at 12'30 today to set up am account after verifying their hours and procedire. Arrived to be asked if I had an appointment. I shared no. I was then told the earliest I can get an appointment was on this upcoming Tuesday. Please note there was only one person the lobby. I guess I didn't fit the profile as a new walk in customer. I will be taking a further look at my credit cards with them as well. So the big sign on the building "Now Open" should could with a disclaimer like those on radio commercials when trying to hide the TRUTH!

My first visit here was pleasant. On a Thursday morning I was the only patron there. They had only been open about a week at this point. Of course it's new and fresh inside, Covid protocols are in place. I was greeted by Shayla (who was friendly and helpful) upon walking in and Melanie took care of my financial needs quite swiftly.
