I purchased a hotspot about a month ago and came back in the store because Daniel was awesome. We decided to get an iPhone Mini but the store didn't have the color we wanted so he called other stores looking for another. All we could find was blue and we needy pink, so he had it shipped to our house. Thanks for an amazing T-Mobile experience and for all your help!

I purchased a hotspot about a month ago and came back in the store because Daniel was awesome. I went to this t mobile a couple weeks ago to ask about fixing my phone. When we walked in a girl came out of the back and said they were closed and walked towards us shewing us out and then literally walked us to the door. Also just now, I went in to return my phone case and immediately they said I couldn’t return it without a receipt. I asked if they could pull up my account to show I purchased it and they said no and they also told me that they don’t sell that type of phone case there. I explained that I was confused because I bought it at the t mobile in Layton. That’s when they told me they couldn’t pull up the receipt from a different store. While that reasoning is fine, it was very weird to me that they told me no right off the bat without even looking up my number and trying to help. The entire time they were very rude with their delivery and were rolling their eyes every time I asked a question even though I was just genuinely confused. The two girls I was dealing with was the girl with short blonde hair with a nose ring and a girl wearing cat ears. They acted like I was inconveniencing them when I was asking them simple questions. After both experiences I’ve decided to just go to the t mobile in Sandy because they have always been super nice.

Went in at 6p, didn't leave until 9p. All we needed was 2 phones transferred and 1 new iphone. They tried to tell us we could no longer buy the iphone because it was past 8p by the time they got to processing it. After all said and done, ended up having to call both AT&T and TMobile to fix all their mistakes. They also set up with the most $$$ plan when we specifically asked for lowest. Do yourself a favor and skip the 13800 S shop.

This was a long visit. We were greeted promptly by a trainee and queued up for help adding a new line and device. The small store was staffed by one young lady (21 years old and a 2 year associate we learned) in addition to the trainee. We had a couple in front of us with a rather complicated issue. We waited an hour at least-- but no complaint, seeing that the young lady was constantly engaged in moving their issue forward and our conversation was entertaining us. She even helped a customer with their bill during an appropriate pause and moved them along. When she found another pause waiting on something she quickly added a line for me and helped make an educated decision on a free device that met our requirements. She was knowledgeable and engaged in the business. I take one star away for a few times that her conversation with the customers went to a whisper a few times which was slightly unprofessional but really its more like a half star. She killed it otherwise. Good job!

A couple weeks ago I gave these guys a hard time, and they were so patient with me and helped me through it. I had so many issues, I had to run between stores, and I had to go to the bank! They were still so kind and patient. This location is definitely one of the best in the county for customer service!
