Very poor customer service and constant promises but no delivery. Although I was very happy with my TMobile experience, there was a dead spot in my neighborhood. My husband suggested we try out Verizon. Justin,who is the manager at the Draper store, sold us on a business plan and he stated we would get a phone rebate for each old device we brought over. We were under the assumption qe would get $1500. I've been trying to get my rebate for over 8 months and now Justin is passing the buck and blaming me for opening up a business plan even though he suggested it and told us we would still qualified for the rebate. I have a text message from him in December 2021 sending us a link for the rebate form. I also have a text from him in March of this year which he stated we were approved for the rebate when he read the internal company notes. I just found out this month that the promotion we thought we would get was a consumer promotion. When I brought up to him that he was the peraon who pushed us in the direction of a business plan, he told me there is nothing he can do for me and it's my fault I waited so long. We are switching back to my previous wireless provider TMobile as they are way more affordable and have always provided the best customer service. Also, Verizon's coverage was no better than TMobile in my neighborhood. Terrible costly experience. I even wrote to the Office of the President and no response. I will never give Verizon my business and will always tell people of my terrible experience. Big Fail for Verizon. Update: generic response from Verizon owner. If they really cared, they would have gone through and figured out what the delay is on their end. Cancelled my service and so happy with TMobile. Anyone reading this review should not hesitate to give your business to TMobile. My coverage is just as good at they have 5G in my area now and I am saving atleast $80 a month and get great customer service. VERIZON: STILL A BIG FAT F!

We came in, asked for help to switch my moms phone over to apple, understandably she needed to be there with us because she’s the account manager, but in no way did the guy help us. or even TRY to. He had long brown hair very young. he wouldn’t speak up and didn’t give us clear answers, I knew more than him and i didn’t even know what i was doing! So we left and went to the Verizon at Mountain view, 100% way better customer service and they actually knew what they were doing.

IMO this may be the most incompetent staff ever.. it took nearly two weeks to purchase two phones. Not one person really seemed to care whether we got things done or not. Once we managed to make the purchase absolutely no interest in making sure things work properly. As bad of customer service experience I have ever had anywhere.

I went to go get a new phone and all of my stuff is being transferred from my old phone to my new phone and I left really quick because it was gonna take an hour and I went to a different store and came back. The group of guys we’re making some comments and it sounded like you they were talking about the pictures on my phone so it’s making me think you guys went through my phone when I was gone. So unprofessional. Get new employees. Don’t leave your phones alone with these guys!!!

After trying to have Verizon send me a shipping label for nearly two months to trade-in an old phone, I visited this store to get my trade-in taken care of. The store only had two employees working there on a Saturday, the busiest day of the week for retail. I waited for over an hour to simply get a shipping label for my old phone. With that being said, the store manager was very helpful and professional in helping me when it was my turn. I understand that there is still a labor shortage but this would not have been an issue had Verizon sent me the label the first several times I called in. I still do not recommend visiting this store because the amount of time it can potentially take to be served.

My family and I just switched from Tmobile (broke up 10 year long relationship). We felt loved and welcomed at the store. Everyone was super nice and kind to us. The whole process took about an hour. They have awesome deals going on too. So grateful of Leslie for helping us! She made the whole transition seem so smooth. Kudos to her and the team!!

I ordered a new sim card online because I wanted to transfer my line. Shortly after, I faced some issues with its delivery. Since it took a while to help resolve the issue, the associates went the extra mile by staying after business hours to help me out. A HUGE THANK YOU and shout out to Ryan and his team members at this location for providing excellent customer service. Leaving this review here because it was a big deal to me and I'd visit them again in a heartbeat.
