Dropped off a package to be shipped out. Package was dropped off on Wednesday at 12:00 pm. Was told by the lady working that the package would arrive no later than Monday as I had paid for 2 day shipping, (it was a very time sensitive package). It arrived Tuesday afternoon to its location and when I called to see what would be done they told me there is nothing they can do. So I have lost the money that was spent on two day shipping as well as having the package returned because they company will not accept it now. Terrible service as well as management. Highly recommend going somewhere else to ship anything. I would have given it zero stars but it wouldn’t let me.

Holy Cow, these guys are amazing. I love going to this store. They are so fast and zipped through a lobby full of customers in no time. I appreciate their good spirits in a stressful time!

I had packages shipped there for business. (Called before shipping to make sure they would hold them. They said they would for a fee.) When my colleague went to pick them up, they couldn't be found even though we had tracking information showing they were delivered and signed for by the owner. (Apparently, all the employees sign for packages as the owner.) After much commotion, they finally physically searched for the packages. (They had been relying on their computer system to tell them what they had.) What a surprise; they found the packages which they hadn't scanned into their system as received. The packages sat for 2 days and no one bothered to scan them in. I'm not sure how they run that store, but that seems really irresponsible, especially when they charge a fee to hold packages for pick up.

I had to drop off a package at this particular store yesterday. There is only 1, yes ONE marked spot for UPS, everything else is tanning and the dog groomer place. Once inside I was greeted kindly and the girl working was very sweet and helped me get receipt of my amazon returns. I miss that they will package it for you at UPS, but there is still a good amount of stores to make it convenient. Thank you girl working, good experience. The no left turn in and the one spot I would say are the only downfalls of this store.

I had the best experience here this morning. I messed up a couple things on my Amazon returns and Kari was so patient and so kind. She went out of her way to help me fix the codes, package my returns and get me squared away. She had several customers come in while she was helping me and made sure we were all taken care of at the same time! Kari also accepted my postal service mail and helped me find the cheapest rate for a package I was sending to Hawaii. Would definitely recommend this location! Thank you Kari!

UPS Works so nicely and fast. I had a bad experience working at a call center in sales with them. But the phone customer service is way different than the face to face service. The one here in Draper is nice and clean.

A Colombian curly hair female help me prepare my package. She offered different solutions to fit my budget. Very pleased with the outstanding customer service in this location.
