I took a vehicle in for service and immediately noticed leaking. I assumed at first it was drain oil trapped on the skid plate so I monitored it for a few days and returned it to the business. It was recommended by Jiffy Lube that I take it to a mechanic. The engine has quite a bit of build up from previous leakage but has never left a drop on my driveway, aside from a few drops of drain oil trapped on the skid plate when serviced. After 3 days parked over a weekend, I have a swath of oil six feet long and two feet wide, ran across the driveway. If there were a zero star option, this shop would get it. Service: Oil change

I went to Jiffy Lube to get my emissions checked in preparation to renew the registration. Considering the number is cars ahead of mine, I feel that it all went fairly quickly. I was also delighted that I could pay my registration fee and get my car sticker immediately. So convenient! (Staff is friendly and kind while maintaining professionalism) Service: Exhaust

I always get the best care from Jiffy Lube. They get me in and out and always answer any questions I have. I have always seen them be respectful to other customers even if they are being yelled out. Hands down the best Jiffy Lube in town. Service: Oil change

The service and wait time were excellent, but the charge for the new license plate decal was way to much and also ridiculous. The state does not charge additional for the new decal, and neither do any dealers or other service stations that I am aware of. Also, to charge $11.99 plus tax for a decal that is probably furnished free by the state is insane. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Super friendly staff. I went to a Jiffy Lube in Hayden Idaho and the experience was horrible. I decided to give them another try and this Jiffy Lube is run much better! Prompt, kind, thorough, and honest (very clear on what they thought was needed and what was probably fine to wait on). I highly recommend this location!
