We shopped several carpet companies before finding Ogdens Flooring. Eric Scott was outstanding. He answered all or our many questions, was always available to take my calls, which were several and was always very professional. The installation crew was outstanding. Roberto made sure everything was to my satisfaction before leaving.. We will be having Ogdens do our new flooring next year. We highly recommend them.

Doing a remodel project, we broke it down into three separate jobs. Floors in the new basement. Carpet up stairs, and finally the main level. We are now 4 months without the basement stairs being finished. I would go in to all the run around but it would take to long. Upstairs the carpet they quoted me came in over 1/3 more than their price, miss calculated! Now my main floor is just a big reck. They want any3000 dollars, and it was for stuff I asked about during the home walk through. Asking them to take the time to be as accurate as possible. The Orem store is a joke and has made it so I will never purchase from the again!!!

Wow!!! I just received my new carpet. I love love it!! Great price compared to similar carpet sold at other places. The service I received was awesome and efficient. 7 hours total for tear out and installment of 5 rooms, stairway, and master closet. Tear out crew, installing crew, and Lyman at the Orem location took good care of me. I highly recommend them for your flooring needs. Thanks Ogden Flooring in Orem.

We had a great experience at Ogden's flooring. We took a long time choosing the carpet we wanted, but Eddie was very kind and an easy person to talk to. He got us a great deal on our carpet and got it installed quickly. There was a problem with the pattern in one of the rolls and they ordered more and got it out to us and installed. We love the quality carpet from Ogden Flooring in Orem. It is our go-to place to shop for the softest, prettiest stuff. We were able to find a remnant that matched our nearby wood flooring perfectly. Wilmer did an quick, amazing, and professional job with the install. Somehow he did our two rooms with no seams! It isn’t the cheapest place around but when we want to impress, it’s our favorite.

We had a great experience. We needed some new flooring for a kitchen and bathroom. They had a great selection and we're incredibly helpful. In reality they didn't have the cheapest prices. Going with Home Depot we could have saved 10-15% but they're service more than made up for it. They came by the house within 15 minutes of our first request. They had measurements taken for free. We put our oder in a few weeks later and within a few days it was installed. The installation team did an amazing job. Our flooring had years of vinyl, it was uneven, etc but they handled it really well. I'll be going back for all our next projects.
