Started going here because I liked how clean everything was and they had some specific products I like. Their customer service is always spotty and today I ended my business at Lowes forever due to them not being willing to offer me a refund or credit of any kind for a product that is not what it’s described as. Lesson learned for me, but definitely many thousands of dollars they’ll never get that I likely would have spent in the next year due to the culmination of bad experiences here.

WOW!! WOW!! WOW!! Michael in the paint department has gotta be one of the best employees in that store or possibly in the entire company. I am in complete utter shock at how good Michael’s customer service skills are. Such a genuine guy! This has possibly been the best service I’ve ever received from the thousands of interactions I’ve had in every store I’ve shopped at.Michael is a HUGE asset to Lowes!! Michael you have made my day better, project easier and an even more loyal customer. You are worth the drive to Lowes. Thank you for being so helpful and courteous. I hope to see you on my many more crazy projects I have in the near future! You are awesome! Thank You!!

If you have any home improvement projects this is the place to go it is easy to navigate and has everything you might need either in store or on there site we used them when we redid the flooring in our house and it has been a dream as you can also have them install it for you if need be

Lucas was so much help today. Me and my wife went a wild goose chase trying to find Marigold seeds and he was so patient with us. Even though we couldn't find what what we were looking for, we will be coming back for the wonderful customer service that we got today! Thankyou Lucas!

I'd love to place a raving review about the new shed I ordered in February. My deadline to have my items moved and into this shed was March. Tomorrow is the beginning of May. I have 3 of the 4 boxes I purchased. Anyone ever try to put together a puzzle without all the pieces? Countless hours on the phone, even in store visits... they only want to point fingers and blame others. I'm sorry, blame the shipping company the first time, second time would be bad luck; but, blame the shippers 3 times in a row for the same order??? Don't waste your time or money here.

I went in to the Lowe’s at the Jordan Landing location in West Jordan this afternoon. I simply wanted to buy a new “EGO” brand cordless line trimmer and a leaf vacuum. There were a lot of components and parts that I had questions about. There was no one around to ask. I went to customer service who paged for someone to come assist me. I waited. And waited. And waited I went back to customer service and said, “It looks like no one heard you.” They paged again. And again… I waited. And waited. No one. Tumble weeds and crickets. I walked by customer service again telling them no one came and they seemed utterly clueless nor did they seem concerned or apologetic for this horrible lack of customer service. I asked a couple of other employees who had no idea about the product nor did they seem all that concerned that NO ONE in their store could help me. This is not the first time I have had this difficulty at this Lowe’s. I know, I know… “the pandemic” “employee shortages.” Gimme a break. There is no excuse for this level of customer neglect. That there was not ONE human in that store today who could help me, is just plain laziness and unprofessionalism. Here’s an idea for your customer service people… CARE. If it were ME behind that desk today… here’s what I would have done… FIRST: after the second page got no reaction, I would have shown some level of concern and displayed some actual frustration that my store is this lacking in service. SECOND: I would get off my butt and go find a manager and say, “what the hell!!?? We have a customer out here who would like to spend their money in our store and no one will answer my call. Can SOMEONE please help him!??” THIRD: I would apologize and stay with the customer so they knew I was doing my very best. FOURTH: And then as a manager, I would have immediately jumped into action and tried to find out WHY the call for help was ignored, THEN reprimand whoever dropped the ball. AND make sure this NEVER happens again. But alas, I fear none of this will happen. Based on the lazy, unconcerned attitude I experienced today, this store has a serious management problem. And they have just lost me as a customer. Hello Home Depot!

We went to the Riverton Lowes to buy a freezer they said they had in stock to only wait 30 min to be told they are actually out, so we had them call West Jordan and the lady on the phone confirmed they had two so we drove to that store waited another 30 min for help then they came out and said they were out of stock! I was planning on buying a washer and dryer too but they lost my business! What a joke! I’m heading to Home Depot I guess.

We have literally redone the kitchen with what we purchased at Lowes. The staff is happy and helpful and they seem to be quite knowledgeable. the prices on the appliances, barbecue, outdoor furniture, yard tools...the list goes on. They are wonderful.
