My name is Pierre Seneshale from Rock Springs, WY and The Good Feet Store changed my life most definitely. For years I experienced foot pain while doing triathalons, hunting, hiking and just going for walks. I saw an advertisement on TV and told my wife we should go check it out. When I got there and they fitted me with the inserts, I couldn't believe how much better my feet felt and there wasn't any pain. I was so choked up, I almost cried. I had tried other arch supports and nothing worked. Right away when I walked into The Good Feet Store, I felt comfortable, they understood and were kind and compassionate. It was like they knew me forever. They fitted me with what I needed with no charge. They let me walk around in them, and the pain went away instantly. God Bless The Good Feet Store. Other aches and pains went away when I was wearing the arch supports too.

So far, so great! I’ve only had my Good Feet inserts for almost 2 week’s, but I can tell a difference. My heel doesn’t hurt when I get up in the morning and that is huge!! I’m still working up the time with all 3 levels of the inserts, but I’m optimistic!

UPDATE----- AMAZING customer service. Manager called me back moments after leaving review below. COMPLETELY understood the lifts were not going to work. Set me up with a day to come in for return. FULL RETURN (to the card we used). Absolutely fantastic!!!! Thank you!!! I tried them on in the store & told the associate that the insert was not wide enough. They swapped them out & I felt like maybe they would be ok. Not so much, the inserts all dig into my foot to the point I am hobbling. Have not been able to reach customer service to be reimbursed. WORST$1200.00 EVER spent

I left the store with a significantly lighter wallet, hoping that my purchases would be worthwhile longterm. In the first week, I've had significantly less foot pain, and no numbness in my toes, which is a huge win for me! I'm excited to see continued improvement as time goes on.

The lady was very thorough and helpful. We did by the shoes and would have gone with the full pkg; however, it was more expensive than my son had planned. Love the shoes!!

The inserts have made a difference with the pain I was experiencing in my knees and lower legs. I noticed U had no pain in my left knee while I was trying the inserts in the store. The pain in my right knee took a day or two longer. I also had a knot in my right arch that felt like a pingpong ball size. It has gone. I am at a point where my feet tolerate the harder inserts quite well. I have suffered from my own confusion several times. I had the relaxers in my shoes unknowingly. I inserted the first inserts on top of those not noticing what I had done. That went on for several days. I thought my feet were in very bad condition because it was very uncomfortable. I had a good laugh at myself when I discovered this. My second and third inserts are both black. It can be hard to tell them apart. Also one pair doesn't distinguish L or R. I am glad for the inserts. They are helping my knees and feet. Mike Talbert

Lisa was fabulous! She knew her stuff. Was kind and friendly. Very, very helpful. She truly is a keeper for your store. I bought one pair of inserts and a pair of shoes. Paid $700. Your Inserts are WAY, WAY to expensive. I AM GIVING THE 5 STARS TO LISA!!!. She really was awesome. She really is an asset to your store!!! But…Your price of $500 for 2 pieces of plastic is truly out of control. I was going to buy the whole 3 sets of inserts because of Lisa… she was that good. But $1500 is horrible. They are plastic!!! Yes they have a lifetime guarantee. But all plastic is lifetime!!!! Yes they did help and I needed them right away. I was in a bind and bought them. So if $500 a set is alright for you to pay.. they do help. I hope Lisa helps you! I made a friend with her.-

Not necessarily reviewing the product but visit. I ended purchasing a number of items. I kind of felt like I had just purchase a used car that was not in great shape. After getting home and looking things over I could NOT justify, in mind, the large amount of money I just spent! They did refund my money for the products I returned and I applaud them for that. At no time during the sales pitch did they say anything about the cost of all the gear, bad form!

Do your research! I wish I had. The salesperson made all kinds of assertions that the inserts would ease my plantar fasciitis pain. She assured me that if they couldn’t find the right inserts for my problem, I could get a refund. Not true at all. If I go back within the 30 days and try multiple inserts without satisfaction, I can get store credit. The inserts cost over $1400. Store credit would be useless with such a limited selection of shoes. Custom orthotics are a fraction of the cost of these inserts. I feel ripped off and lied to.
