6 Best shoe store in Sandy, Utah (UT) 2025

Lots of Clearance deals. I don’t like how dark it is back by clearance I feel like it’s hard for me to see in the racks. Also, the staff seems more interested in closing the store up than getting another sale in a reasonable amount of time. I was trying on one last pair of shoes and would have been done by 8, but I just went ahead and left at 7:55 because It seemed like that’s what she wanted. There was no one in the checkout line either. ~Lyndsay

I bought these sneakers that lasted less than two weeks. They were probably worn a total of five times. When I tried to return them they not only refused but we’re downright rude about it and acted like my son had somehow caused this. The manager was extraordinarily rude just repeating himself over and over again. He told me I couldn’t return them because they have been worn. We didn’t know they were defective until they have been worn! Horrible service horrible policy! Shoes should be expected to last longer than two weeks! Weak Nordstrom! ~Haley

Walker the associate that assisted me was extremely helpful. A couple of the other employees were more concerned about talking and pretending to walk down a runway than helping the line of people. The associate Walker came over and assisted me in my return even while he was learning how to do a little more complex of a return, he was extremely helpful and happy. I hope this kid gets a raise for treating customers right and not ignoring them. The assistant manager Daniel was also very helpful and patient in teaching how to do the complex return. To the two of you, I appreciate your work ethic and not bad mouthing your associates like the other two individuals working there. ~Annika

I had a great experience with my recent visit to The Good Feet Store. I've been having some issues with arch pain and bad circulation in my feet and walked into the store on a whim. Desiree greeted me warmly and set to work figuring out how best to help me. She listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable about what their various foot supports can do. She was careful to make sure that every product she offered was just the right fit for my feet. I left the store with a significantly lighter wallet, hoping that my purchases would be worthwhile longterm. In the first week, I've had significantly less foot pain, and no numbness in my toes, which is a huge win for me! I'm excited to see continued improvement as time goes on. ~Erin

I just had a baby and came in to find some new jeans, and was not looking forward to trying things on. Bobby was so helpful, kind, and made me feel so good! She pulled lots of great options, helped me find the right size, and helped me figure out how to style everything!
