Store credit only for any returns. Do not recommend. Scummy and scammy way to do business. I also asked the lady at the counter if email was mandatory or subscribes you to a mailing list and she said no. Ok 5 min later I am annoyingly subscribed receiving emails I didn’t want and immediately unsubscribed. This was just a gift. I should have used a bogus email and told her to print my receipt. Kinda rude lady as the cashier, as if she are better in some way? Not sure of her logic there but I will never be back. There’s better stores with better service and returns. This is why retail is a dying business, you’re probably next bohme- congrats.

It was an amazing experience! I have never seen such an amazing hospitality. I got a dress that was a bronze/rosemary color. They answered every question with confidence and such kindness. They were well trained and did not hesitate to do anything.

I have been shopping at Bohme for many years. I was surprised to learn the return policy changed to exchange or in store credit only. Someone who was a regular shopper would not think to check the return policy as it has always been 30 days. Now I’m stuck with a few hundred dollars worth of store credit. I will shopping elsewhere with a better return policy once the credit is used. Seems unfair and shady. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT shop here.

Weirdest return policy ever… I bought something, walked to a different store, found something I liked better, went back to return what I bought (obviously still brand new with tags/receipt/etc as I had bought it 5 Minutes before) and was told I could only get store credit. Really? I will NEVER shop here again and I will stop everyone I know from shopping here. Bad business model.

Okay Böhme has cute clothes but they are way overpriced and you’d think, an overpriced boutique would have good customer service right? No. They have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. What clothing company doesn’t do returns?? I placed two orders online and to get free shipping (I only wanted one thing) I added a shirt to the order thinking I could just return it and no it didn’t say final sale! I didn’t even open the bag let alone touch the shirt and they wouldn’t do the return back on my card. I could only get in store credit but I’m not about to give you any more of my money! So now I have to resell it and try and get close to what I paid for it. Never shopping at böhme again.

This place has the cutest styles. They also have great quality. I brought some dresses 5 years ago and they are still in great quality. This place is better then down East basics too!

I love Böhme!! The sales associates are always so kind. Yesterday I was greeted with love and genuineness as I shopped around. I was able to purchase my items and when my size wasn’t in the store they ordered it for me. It was so fast and easy. It was a great experience :)
