I needed new glasses after having my old ones for nearly 5 years (I know, that's way too long!) and I found this place after reading the reviews. I never felt rushed or felt like it was an inconvenience that I had gone in. The front staff are really nice as well!

Go to lenscrafter instead they may be out of network if you have VSP but the prices are very competitive/similar, bigger selection of frames and you’ll get your glasses a lot quicker. Still waiting for my glasses from visionworks and got my second pair and much nicer pair from lenscrafter with no insurance way cheaper than the second pair 50% off promo they have.

High prices and not good doctors! I just can’t seem to find one that’ll give me the correct prescription in Utah! I’ve gone almost 3 years now with the wrong prescription. I first tried Americas Best and then this place. The only location I trust is their Sugarhouse one, if they still have my regular doctor!

We had an emergency at Abundant Dental Care and our Dentist’s loupes broke- he was able to get in and out quickly with a replacement screw while a patient was waiting in the chair for treatment. Nice work!

The shopping experience here is amazing!!! If you need exams they take almost all insurances and if you don’t have insurance $69 exams are very affordable! They sure do make sure to take care of anyone who walks though the door for any help! I would recommend coming here over any other place!!

I love this place and everyone there! Lisa, is amazing and a miracle worker when it comes to adjusting, Jean is amazing she runs that store and her employees are awesome, super fast, and Haley is the person to go to when it comes to style. She’s has a magic touch! The guys that work there Parker and Jordan are awesome dudes as well if you ever need glasses for a great deal go here! Comes with all the perks! Always smiles and laughs from them!

I had an overall great experience here. I went in for an eye exam and to pick out some new glasses. I walked in and got checked in quite fast, I browsed around for a bit while waiting for the doctor. He was very professional and courteous. I finished my exam and continued looking for a frame. The staff was very helpful and nice. I think it would have taken me a lot longer if it wasn't for them. They were very knowledgeable and quickly answered any questions I had and provided very thorough information. The store was nice and clean as well. I would absolutely recommend this place because of the experience I had.
