I am so impressed with the manager at this location, Travis. He immediately greeted me and devoted 100% of his time to me. It was a busy day and even though he was multi-tasking not once did I feel neglected or put on the sideline. He should be running a major corporation with how efficient he is. I got my eye wear and they are top notch. I hope Target Optical knows how lucky they are to have him! Thank you Travis for everything!

We went to Target Optical with some blue light filtering glasses that we hadn't bought there. The assistant manager adjusted them to fit my son's nose and head better. She took her time to make sure they were just right. We weren't charged anything, and she gave us a hard case for the glasses free of charge. Great customer service and reliable work!

The Target Optical in Orem is amazing. I was running late for my appointment and called to let them know. They were able to move some appointments around and still got me to see the doctor in a very reasonable time. The exam itself was quick. Dr. Mitchell was super friendly and explained everything his was doing. He was also very patient with my questions. The staff was also amazing. They helped me find a frame I really like and worked with my insurance to find the best deal for glasses and contacts. They also have a ton of high-end name brand frames like Oakley, Ray Ban, Coach, etc. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you!

This is the only place I ever go to get my eyes checked and get my glasses. The employees that work here are seriously soooo kind and nice. They love taking care of you and give you honest feedback about picking out the right glasses. I also love the Dr here. He is extremely nice and very helpful with my eye concerns. I actually look forward to my appointment every year with them.

This store was great! I was helped by Brandyn and he was so helpful and really knew his stuff. The staff is wonderful, they will help fix any issues, replace your frames for free if you don’t like them, tighten screws or fix glasses for free, and really just try to help out with anything to make sure you get the care you need!

I got two new pairs of glasses at Target Optical and didn’t love one of the pair as I’d hoped. Becca took time to help me find a new pair and she switched them for free. She took the time to see which ones looked good with my face shape and has always had a kind happy demeanor; willing to help with whatever I need. I love my glasses and have had a wonderful experience in the process!

I was impressed by the great customer service I received today at Target Optical. My sunglasses broke in my car right as I got to target. Figured I’d get a long wait or a lazy response of “not my problem” as the sunglasses were purchased at target. But Travis took them with a smile, repaired them quickly, and even cleaned them for me. I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell and his team (Chris, Max, Temple)! I haven't had an eye exam in roughly 10 years and I was nervous for my appointment due to past awful experiences elsewhere but my visit today was so wonderful. Dr. Mitchell was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, he was very thorough with my exam and made sure I didn't leave with any unanswered questions. The rest of the team helped me with ordering contacts & glasses. They were so helpful! They treated me like a friend and not just a customer. They went above and beyond to help me get the best pricing, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I actually look forward to my yearly exams now!

Becca helped my aunt purchase glasses and for her kid and it was amazing service. Worked within the budget and she was extremely personable. She even offered to clean my glasses I was wearing and they are the cleanest they’ve ever been. Definitely recommending this location to all my fellow four eyes.
