Very rushed, I barely had any time to focus on the prescription in front of me. After the doctor asking me which one was better out of four very fast options I replied I don't know they are all really blurry. Suddenly he knew my script and I told him it was "too good" so he backed it off a little and now I am just not confident in getting an accurate prescription because the whole eye exam was under 5 minutes.

We had a great experience at St George UT America's Best! Frankie was so nice and helpful. They took us at our designated appt time, and it only took about an hour. We stopped there on our way to a vacation in Utah, and our glasses were mailed to us. They got to us very quickly. Thanks Frankie!

Dr Wilson is Washington, UT is AMAZING! I have struggle with my eyesight and he gave me a great solution. I am so happy. His staff is so good as well. Frankie Ibarra was so patient in answering all of my questions on the best cost to apply my insurance towards glasses or contacts. I am very pleased with this store!

Incredibly friendly staff, Fiona always plays with my son and is always professional, polite and kind on the phone. Frankee was fast, efficient and kind and provided excellent customer care. Dr Wilson has excellent bedside manner and always remembers to ask about my son. He always explains everything thoroughly and makes sure me and my eyes get what we need. Almost forgot to mention how incredibly affordable eye care is through Americas Best. Thank you for the years of care, I’ll continue to come and refer friends and family.

UPDATE: They have reached out and sincerely apologized and were able to order me some extra trials to make things right. I can definitely appreciate a company that is willing to admit when they've made a mistake and do what it takes to make the situation right - so I give them a lot of credit for that. I triple checked on the price 3 times on the phone before going in, and yet once my appointment was over they charged me $40 more than what they told me on the phone. The woman there was nice and realized they had made a mistake, so she offered to order me a 2nd pair of trial lenses for free to try and make up for it. Well fast forward to today - I went in to pick up my trial pairs and they only had 1 pair. I mentioned that I was supposed to have 2 trial pairs and tried to explain the story, but the employees just completely brushed me off and said that they never order 2 pairs and didn't even try to figure out what had happened or who I had worked with before or anything. They weren't even interested in what I had to say. I felt completely belittled. Just a very, very disappointing and frustrating experience all around.

I love this place, and the services they provide! Dr Wilson and his team are knowledgeable, affordable, professional, organized, friendly, and welcoming. Upon arrival for my scheduled appointment for an eye exam, I was warmly greeted by Jerilee, along with the receptionist and another staff member, and within one hour's time, I had completed my eye exam, seen Dr Wilson, received a new prescription, and purchased some contact lenses. These guys are phenomenal, and I highly recommend them as a go-to place for eye exams, eyeglasses, contacts, and prescriptions. With so many places to choose from to have your eyes examined, it can be a little head spinning, but America's Best on Telegraph in Washington is the place to go. Thanks again, Jerilee, Dr Wilson, and the gifted and dedicated staff.

I had the best experience here! I have been coming to this eyeglass Institute for a few years now and I have had a smooth experience every time! I especially loved the quality of care that I was provided with by the wonderful Jerilee! She was a kind soul and made this typically boring experience into something a bit more memorable.

The people here are so nice! I was on a trip to California and forgot my contacts at home - they gave me 2 boxes of trial lenses to get me through my trip! So nice and willing to help, especially the kind lady, Shelley I believe, that helped me in my time of need. If you need quality eye-care, look them up! Thanks again Shelley.

My daughter went in to America's Best in Washington, Utah to have an eye exam and get two pairs of glasses for $69.00 advertised price. When she got home she told me that she paid $259.91. She paid for contact lenses that were $132.00 of this which was expected. She was also sold a $99.00 3 year eyecare club membership. What??? She didn't get her two pairs of glasses that day, so almost a year later I made an appointment for her to go in and pick out her two pairs of glasses. I was told she would need an other exam but that there would be no charge for exam. After her exam my daughter picked out two pairs of glasses and we were charged $357.34. I am outraged. This is robbery! We will never be back.
