It’s hard to beat their prices, especially for the quality of what they offer in store. That goes for everything - electronics, clothing, food, etc. Return policy is exceptional as well. It’s hard to find anything to not like here. The membership fee you pay to get these prices but it pays off quite quickly since they have most of the necessities and more.

It just seems every time I go to Costco I meet up with new levels of rudeness, whether it's a worker or the people in the store. Very very frustrating to watch a company hire rude workers. I asked the woman in the eyeglass department a question that took her 7 seconds to answer. She seemed to be in such a Huff. Answer is simple I'll buy my eyeglasses elsewhere

I go here all the time. It's gotten worse since Covid. They do not have signs up to regulate the lines, so you could stand in one for 20 minutes, only to realize that the entrance to the one you thought you were in, the fast lane, starts elsewhere. I will say the staff are friendly and Veronica is very helpful and caring. The prices aren't terrible but they have gone up exponentially. Thank God the roasted chicken is still $5. I get that alot. I would give 5 stars but they stopped regulating the checkout lines early and have no sings of where to go. People cut in front of you and cut you off, come out of line behind you and go in front of you. No one is there to say anything. The lines are unfair and miserable. When they get that under control I will give the place at least 1 more star.

I ended up leaving my wallet with all my ID, credit cards, social card, medical card and alot of cash. The store manager Collin and staff tried chasing me in parking lot couldn't catch me so the called me to come back even though they were closing. Needless to say there's still great honest people in the world. I appreciate them and will forever be loyal to them.

She (Name: Denish or Something) (Costco Employee) made very rude behavior with us and told me we had not taken back any expired item. In the end, she took back my item but she told me next time we are not taking back any expired items. I bought almonds without a check date because I trust Costco. They never sold any expired items. Also, her Face Experience was too Rude when she saw some other return item on my cart. I feel insulted by them. I have been a customer of Costco last 8 years. But now I am thinking about whether to continue my Membership with Costco or not.

The cashier Juan is super nice, when it comes to Michael at the exit, he will make you feel like you do not have money to shop there. Speaking of belittling an Asian middle age woman. I’m giving 5 stars for Juan and 1 star for Michael. I have been a member of Costco for a long time and I stop in between times, please don’t make me hate this place again for not treating all costumer egually
