This location their customer service very bad especially when we visit this location with our baby they don’t give us good service or answer if we ask something I think they don’t like baby and also they are very rude

The cashier was rude and didn’t help me at all! I wanted to try pay my balance with the Afterpay app, but it got declined even though I had more than $2,000 available yo spend. Then I asked the nasty cashier why wouldn’t it go through and she was like “I dont know” like why would you have the option to pay with your Afterpay card if you can’t actually use it? And what? And the cashiers aren’t supposed to help the customers or be nice to them? I mean they’re the ones in the clock not the other way around.

This Friday my husband and I went jeans shopping. We decided to stop by American eagle, the store was neat and clean. The fittings room were open ( they sanitize after every customer and sanitize the clothes). There selection of jeans were awesome !! I found all of the jeans I wanted . The fit of the jeans were great. The customer service was excellent, a women named ahona helped me and my husband . Ahona was great finding our sizes and she was very sweet . I usually do not find jeans that fit well but this time the experience was great. I also brought some cute tops. I am definitely coming back again!

I came in this morning to purchase jeans. I found a few pairs to try on. As I arrived at the fitting room, Brianna greeted me, showed me to my room, and made sure that I knew that if there was anything she could do to assist me to not hesitate to ask. I went back and forth until I found the perfect fitted jeans. She was so helpful, courteous, sweet and knowledgeable.

I have never been to American Eagle but I decided to go today and I most definitely do not regret it! All the employees are excellent and attentive but one stood out and her name is Ahona I believe. As soon as I walked through the door she approached me and helped me choose the cutest pair of jeans that suited me and I left happily with 4 new pairs of jeans and a few tops. Ahona was just the sweetest and made the experience 10x better. Will be coming back soon.

They had just redone the place.When I was going shopping was not happy with selection of jeans although there was many varieties they had a lot more non riped and a short selection of riped. Also I found it very overwhelming to shop as I was constantly approached by the sales people asking if I needed help and about the jeans sale. I appreciate what there job is but the whole experience just was very stressful with everyone coming up to me. After them all telling me there names, at checkout they didn’t asked if anyone helped me. I love American eagle but I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I felt as I was being followed around the store.

AMBER NEEDS A RAISE !!! Amber helped me find just the right pair of jeans. She had no problem going back and forth to the floor multiple times. She was very personable and had great advice for finding the perfect fit. I love their jeans they fit just right, this is coming from someone who ALWAYS has a gap on my waist. I recommend their curvy jeans, for these people who suffer from the same problem.
