I recently visited this location and had a couple of questions because I’m honestly so over t-mobile. I was greeted by Natasha who was very attentive the entire time, such a lovely girl. She gave me information on a plan I was looking into and promotions that would benefit me. I will for sure be coming back to switch phone services with this young lady very soon !

I visited the store last week and I had the pleasure to work with Erika. I had so many questions and she was able to navigate me into the right direction. I was able to get a new phone and also save on my monthly bill. Extremely grateful !

i came in the store with a purpose to upgrade my iphone from an x to a 13 pro. nothing more nothing less. the worker natasha did just that for me she did not try to sell me anything i did not need and i was in and out of there in abt 30 mins. great customer service from her.

Garbage staff, very unhelpful to my wife. Did not explain everything to her before getting her to sign on for a new phone and alterations to our current plan. I thought places like this were consigned to the trash heap of history, with most stores these days being helpful and transparent. Nope, not this place. Do not come here. They will lie and cheat you by either omission or outright ignorance - hard to say which is really the case here.

Erika Holguin, Assistant Mgr at the Verizon store in Roosevelt Field Mall was sharp and quick in resolving my issue. I had previously called Verizon, was on the phone for over six hours. They even advised I call Apple who could not resolve it. But this employee, Erika realized an issue no other rep understood. The problem was my voicemail just was not working. Regardless of how I logged in or rebooted the phone; nothing worked. What was the problem? Simple, according to her: RoboKiller, an app I previously deleted because it didn’t work well. But the voicemail wouldn’t delete. That was stealing all my normal voicemails. We worked together and deleted it. She was professional and apparently more than qualified to handle serious issues. Thank you, Erika & Verizon of Roosevelt Field Mall.

I felt that I probably should but understood that it was late. Ram patiently helped choose an appropriate upgrade and took me through all the steps needed to upload my new phone. Very knowledgeable about the equipment. I would highly recommend him to other friends of mine looking to purchase phone's & I most definitely return to him to purchase future items!

I was immediately greeted by a sales associate Ram, who even though he was preoccupied with another customer, took the time out to address me and say he would be with me momentarily. He was able to address all my concerns in a timely and efficient manner. I definitely will be recommending this Verizon store to family and friends based on the service I received there today!
