Take out has always been excellent. Prompt. Usually faster then they quote me on the phone. Only picked up once parking was a little difficult.

Horrible experience with this place. Two hours after I place the order I call to get an estimated delivery time and the woman was nasty, yelled and then hung up. Definitely not the way to do business in such a fragile economy. There are plenty of other good places to choose from.

I get to eat here a lot since I work in the area. I got to say the service is always great and they keep the place well kept regularly. Rates are affordable and they serve large portions.

Spent $50 on dinner and my family was really disappointed with wontons soup and dumplings. The wrapper part on both was very thick and gummy. I called to complain but decided to return to the store with the two items. I was not satisfied with an offer of 10% off of my next order. When I explained I was the customer on the phone, the counter person ripped the bag out of my hand and inspected the food. She was acting as if she was doing me a favor to return money on one item because we used the broth of the soup. I still insisted on a full refund. She spoke to another worker and angrily refunded me. Never an apology!! So rude!! Just lost my business.
