Dr Jorgensen is the kindest vet. He has taken care of my animals since 1988. I was referred to him by multiple people in the community. Some of those same people have since moved away and still drive to MWC to see Dr Jorgensen. The staff are precious and are an immediate example of the care that you get from the minute you walk in the door.

Staff is very friendly and they keep in touch with you after your appointments, making sure everything is going alright with your pet. Dr is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Fully recommended!

We've been going to Dr. Jorgensen for 35 years now. Started with him when we were newlyweds and got our first cat. Numerous cats and dogs later, I can vouch for the fact that there is no kinder, more caring vet in all the world. We travel 30 miles one way from Newcastle because we don't want any other vet. He has seen all three of our children born and grown up, always asks about them. He knows his business, too. I think he kept our golden retriever alive for many years longer than most due to erlichiosis (sp?) using a regimen of antibiotics and care. Great staff, too, and they stay with him a long time, which is a sign that he is good to work for. The one negative review in all the google reviews doesn't make sense; it's almost like he got Dr. Jorgensen confused with some other vet he visited because I can't even conceive of Doc talking down to anyone.

I just went in to make my first appointment 😃 The Veterinarian's representative (nurse, receptionist and secretary)was very friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable and made me feel Maddie would be in good hands. The lobby was clean and mask and social distancing is posted and required. I will update after Maddie's appointment.

Dr. Jorgenson and staff are always kind and efficient. Our pet even enjoys going there as he can feel the love and care that the staff gives to animals.

I LOVE this place. The Staff and the doctor are so caring, kind, professional, and just phenomenal! I moved from Midwest city 3 years ago but still go to this doctor. He is very informative and explains everything. They truly care about your pet. They don't try to do unnecessary procedures for money. I just can rave about this place enough. Best vet I've ever had.

I've taken both our dogs and cats here. The doc is great and full of useful info. He is good with the little furry ones. Gentle and easy and takes his time. He also explains everything very well. I'll be back every year!

Dr. Jorgensen and his reception are the kindest and most caring than any vet I've ever been to in my life! They are very professional, remember names and conditions, simply call to ask how our pets and us are doing, etc.. I have never seen another place go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. We appreciate everything and all the time they have dedicated to us. The doc is also a cat person which brings us even more comfort seeing as we have 2 cats ourselves. He even treated my terribly sick bunny rabbit better than a "rabbit specialist" did. We switched from Reno Animal Hospital and are oh so happy we did! Reno was sloppy, reception and especially doctors. They didn't care about us or our pets. Thank you Heritage Plaza for being so awesome!

This is the best vet I have ever been to. Our family has been going here for many years and our pets are always satisfied. If you are looking for a vet in the Midwest City area, I definitely recommend the Heritage Plaza Animal Hospital. The dog that Kim Bowers was referring to in her comment was a dog that I found. The vet called many people so I could find the owner of the dog. It turns out that the dog's owner lived right around the corner from me. We took the dog home personally and the owner was very happy to have his dog back. The Dr. worked very hard to find the dog's owner and this shows that he truly cares for the health and well being of all animals, whether they are his patients or not.
