Really kind and understanding when I had to house my kitty in their hotel for a few weeks while trying to find an apartment. Although spending that time away from my kitty was hard they would always allow me to have private visits with him. Although I have not had any medical treatments administered here base of my previous experience this would be my first place to go as their staff seem very nice and caring. Keep up the good work ')

If your dog is sick don’t come here. They’ll make you wait 2 hours past appointment time with a sick dog. Never will return here. They also helped two other people with dogs that came in with appointments but couldn’t take my dog back for some reason. Horrible service horrible vet.

They are super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I love that they are open pretty late and accept appointments and walk ins until 8pm. I took my cat here without an appointment to get dewormed. Bad thing was it was like waiting in a hospital emergency room waiting area. I waited for about 2 hours before my kitty even taken to the back. The waiting area is very small with very little seating. It was PACKED! Most people were standing because there was no where to sit. But on the other hand I think it's so busy and packed because they are trusted and good at what they do. Just be prepared to wait a long time but know your pet is in good hands.

Great place to take your pet! They are so caring and gentle to the animals. They will try to answer any questions you may have. They are less expensive than the regular vet places.

I brought in my cat Chester with a ton of goop in his eyes. He had been suffering with this for quite a long time. The other vet I took him to previously told me it was feline herpes without testing or taking in consideration my other pets were healthy, all indoor, and after several treatments, no relief. I brought him to this vet, I was told it was allergies, welcome to oklahoma. He received two injections and some meds for at home. Within two days he was completely cleared! Kudos to this team! They are so patient and well educated! I will never go to another location after finding them. They are the future care for all my pets! Highly recommend! There will be a wait in the waiting room, buts worth it! Oh and they got me in the same day!

Update: I’m updating to 3 star rating because my cat did fully recover and is back to her same old chunky happy self, so even though the vet was a jerk, she knew what she was doing and the medicines she gave us worked. Original post: I’ve brought my baby into this vet before and had a good experience the first time, but this time around was not so pleasant of an experience. The receptionist are great and kind, but when I spoke to the vet and expressed budgetary concerns and limitations and asked her to confirm the price of all the services together she got angry and yelled saying she didn’t have time to dilly dally on the phone with me and waster her time over pricing and that she could either administer treatment or not but that she was done talking to me because she had other patients. Mind you the whole time I was polite and just trying to gain clarity on the whole picture of how much I would be financially impacted because I could not afford over night stays and possibly feeding tubes. I think she took my questions as accusations and responded unprofessionally and rudely. I’m definitely never bringing any of my pets there again. I understand that a pet is a responsibility and I wasn’t asking for discounts or for them to adjust their prices, I was just expressing my budgetary limitations in order to ascertain they didn’t do anything I couldn’t pay for and the least she could have done is pretend a little compassion and provide clarification. In the end the receptionist was able to explain things more clearly, but her utter callousness just left such a bad taste. 10/10 would not recommend.

This is the best veterinarian I have ever taken my animals to and I have four dogs and one cat they are magnificent caring and loving the best vet I have ever seen in my life. Thank you for all you do. You truly have a gift of love.
