The employees were great as well management. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable which made the experience quick and easy

They don’t attend right. I came to pick up a phone and they kept on sending us to the other t mobile across the mall. We had gone to the other t mobile in the second floor and they had told us it was in the downstairs t mobile. When we came here they said it wasn’t there and after we called t mobile support who told them it was there they finally came out with the phone

Me and my boyfriend went to T-Mobile and Christine was our customer specialist. I’ve been to many different T-Mobile stores and I haven’t had a good experience because of their lack of communication and unprofessionalism, unlike Christine. She helped us and answered all of our questions (and we had many). Christine was she was extremely sweet and very professional. I definitely recommend her.

So i usually go to this t mobile to put money towards my phone and this time I went there was this guy I was too annoyed to remember his name but he just told me I can't put money towards my phone even though I've been to the same exact store to do the same thing. He told me I have to go to the corporate store. So I went to the other TMobile store in the mall and they told me that the first store I went to only will help you at that store if you're buying something. And that they had people call about that store also with negative feedback. So if you're gonna buy a phone or just pay your bills go to the t mobile store in Roosevelt filed mall upstairs by jc penny if you want good service and kind staff. Thank you for reading
