I’ve said it once and I will say it every time. GO. SEE. ERMA. at the jcp salon. I can not say enough good things about her. If you are like me and have always struggled to find a good stylist and just do it on your own this is your sign to stop because Erma is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! This was my second time back with her and I had just as much of a good time talking to her and having her do my hair as the first time. She takes very good care of her clients not only your hair but when you sit in her chair you will definitely not be bored she has such a kind, genuine personality and so funny! I left with beautiful silky soft hair and an beautiful reverse balayage. I have naturally curly hair and to see how shiny and sleek she got it was awesome. I will continue to go back to her and I recommend anyone who sees this and needs a stylist or even just a service to book with her! THANK YOU ERMA!!!

I give it a 3 because in the men's clearance section there is too much x version or x vision clothing there but what makes up for it is Us polo assn and I managed to find one polo shirt that doesn't have a horse or man on it, it only had the hat between the sticks logo. But overall it's ok.

Went in to JC PENNEY, in Goldsboro, "just to look around" & get some exercise. Got the exercise, but didn't just look. They had some great sales on almost everything! Well...I Saved $113.03 ! I'll just leave it at that!

This used to be a very nice store with quality merchandise until about 5 yrs ago and now it looks like a discount thrift store. Very low on merchandise and most of it looked like yard sale goods.

This particular JCP is clean and nicely organized. I like how the staff always seem to know what they are doing. They are helpful in most situations customers may have. Very easy to pick up online orders. Just go to the first register you see and they will verify and retrieve your items. No need to look for a customer service desk.

There was absolutely no one to help you with anything and only one register open for check out. My mother hasn't been to this store in a long time and didn't know how much it has changed but she was able to pick out a few items she liked and then we were held waiting in line to pay. I will be surprised if they are in business much longer!

Store was very clean and protocol was in place. The dressing room floor was a little slippery for some reason. Sales associates were very friendly and helpful.
