Don't go there often. I do wish they carried more stylish clothing for larger sizes that are still in style. Not what grandma wears nor so revealing. They have a large variety of everything else. Lots of clothing, just not my style. Plenty of home furnishings, perfume, jewelry, shoes, purses, suitcases. I had forgotten about the variety of items that is carried there.

I love TJ Maxx everyday all day friendly willing to help and if you're late or at the end of the day you're still greeted with pleasantness all the way to the door 🚪. Always clean of course the makeup isle is somewhat the messiest part of the store cuz you have a lot of thieves that opens up product take the merchandise and leave other than that I love TJ Maxx . But the people that clean up the area they do their best they and friendly they don't complain about the mess they just fix it.

I seldom frequent TJMaxx but I went in looking for something in particular. They had it and at a great price! The variety of lotions, body washes, scrubs, etc., was amazing! All well priced. The manager and other staff were very nice and helpful. I will definitely return as they offer lots of different odds and ends for the body and for the home.

Best place to shop name brands for less! Even with the longest line ever on a Saturday afternoon checkout service is fast as ever. With new inventory every week you never know what you're going to find. Happy shopping!

Not enough plus size selections, everything looks old fashion/ outdated. But the staff is nice & the store is always neat & organized

Good stuff. However employee assistance is TERRIBLE. When you interact with the employees, you sense their emotions of wanting to be ANYWHERE else but there. Makes sense, it’s work but, dang just quit if you hate it that bad. Same was seen with upper management. Nice store to get what you need and just check out. Good luck finding those few employees that are super helpful that don't robotically repeat the same credit phrases in a dull tone.

The Goldsboro store is such a great place to shop. Gary, the manager is very professional and very friendly and helpful. The Sales Associates make you feel like they really care about you and are happy to see you! A good place to spend an afternoon shopping. Love T.J. Max

Went here for one thing...a small table or shelf. Found this really cute shelf unit but it was a bit smaller than needed. So I took it, just incase I couldn't find anything better, but...I found the perfect unit and the price was reasonable. I had gone to another store to find something similar but they wanted double the price! No thank you! I picked up other things all for the same price I would have spent for 1 unit at the other store. From now on, this will be my first stop in searching for specifics.
