Even in this post-Covid era, they are still delivering what’s probably the best American pizza. If it’s not right they make it right. Friendly and helpful folks. What more can you ask for?

Pizza came with red jalapeños. Ordered the same way we always have and never got red jalapeños. Counter said we now have to specify green when we order but online has no option to specify green or red. Just option for jalapeños.

Not over cook the pizza! Bottom crust almost to hard to eat and we had to recut with a pizza cutter as it was hard and not fully cut! And Late! Preordered in the morning for 430pm and didn't receive till 4:45pm! I'll order Papa John's next time at least it's fresh and hot!!

The past couple of times I have been to the Pizza Hut, I have been quite disappointed. This time I ordered on the app and as I arrived at my requested time, my pizzas had just come out of the oven. I was able to get my pizzas from a friendly employee and they were still nice and warm when I got home.

Right after placing my online order I needed to make sure the Pizza Hut location had the correct address. I called and someone answered right away. They then confirmed that the apartment number was included in the address for delivery.

We have ordered many, many times in the past with very good results, however yesterday 12/4/21 we Ordered a Super Supreme pan pizza. The order said 25-30 minutes. When I received the text the our pizza was “ out for delivery” we waited for 25 mins. I called the store and she said that it was being remade and offered a discount (I used my debit card) for it being late. Which as of today we haven’t received.

Get someone in there that knows what they are doing. I order a pan pizza and it shows up looking like a thin crust. My bread sticks are flat and taste horrible. I complain and get told just to not come back. This used to be my favorite place to get pizza but now I hate it. The only reason I order from there is that my child likes the boneless wings and even they are going down hill from what my child tells me.

I will not be a repeat customer after this experience. Our order was 30 minutes late. I called to find out why and they told me it had already been delivered which it hadnt and the girl on the phone was hesitant to do anything to resolve the issue. Then when we got our food, and it was almost completely cold. It had basically no sauce on it, and one order had the wrong crust. Overall a terrible experience.

They WILL take your money and allow you to place your order online but WILL NOT deliver to the Best Western beside Loves. 20 minutes later, I get a phone call. Sorry, we don't deliver there. Papa John's DOES deliver to the best western, so they got my business.
