Best fast food restaurant in Muscle Shoals, Alabama (AL) 2024

I'll give Jack's a 5 star because their burgers are awesome. The chicken is great. The fries are not so good anymore. I don't know what happened but they just lost their taste. Even with popcorn salt it's just not there anymore. This is just my opinion so if you like Jack's by all means let them know, I'll stand with you in praising them. My only complaint is the fries but I still eat them. Thank you for your time. ~Brandon

Even in this post-Covid era, they are still delivering what’s probably the best American pizza. If it’s not right they make it right. Friendly and helpful folks. What more can you ask for? ~Christ

Found little white hairs all in my spicy chicken sandwich. Called the store 3 times, now answer. Called and reported to their customer service number. Not sure what that will do but maybe it'll get someone to investigate. Remember to always check your food when coming here. I will not be back to this location. ~Keith
