While particpating in the Hot Rod Power Tour in my '72 Camaro I had a tire seperate. The nearest tire shop was Walls Tires so I limped in knowing the chances of them having a 15" tire was slim which it turned out was true. The owner called around and was able to find a tire an hour away and offered to send his father to go pick it up for me when he was done working on a tractor. I didnt want to stop the work in progress so I asked if their was a rental car place nearby and I would go pick it up myself but the nearest rental was 30 minutes away. This is when the owner offered me the keys to his personal vehicle and only asked that I fill it back up before returning. What an incredible gesture to help me get back on the road. If your in the area and need work done on your vehicle I highly recommend Walls.

Man if i could leave a zero star review i really would. I went in for a problem with my tire and they completely butchered my vehicle i just came from a reputable tire place and walls left a bolt out of my tire and also my bolt that was in there was halfway out. Please save your money for some one who deserves it

Terrible… I was sent home with NO BRAKE PADS.. Be very careful they pick and choose who they give good service to. My lawyer was all too familiar with this company.. I’m still without a vehicle..

Excellent Service. Stayed late to troubleshoot issues. Deeply appreciate the care they gave to make sure the problem was corrected. Highly recommended. They are what you want in a repair shop...honest, fairly priced, and knowledgeable.

Very respectful and helpful. Helped me in a time when I needed it. We were on vacation and had a tire blow out on our 5th wheel in Georgia. Repaired that one and made it to Alabama. Was concerned about getting to Florida on the other 3 so I called Walls tire in Alexander city and he hooked me up with what I needed along with a floor jack. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and considerate of my needs. Highly recommend this business if you are in the area. Thanks again.

I love taking my car to Walls Tire because anything I need done to my car they can do and they're all about working with you on what you can afford they're not out to get your last dollar they believe in making the customers happy and have a wonderful personality and friendly smile with great service just as it should be!! When we moved to Jacksons Gap, one concern we had was finding a trustworthy car mechanic service. We checked out a couple that were recommended but none (not even the previous ones we used in our prior residences) compared to Walls Tire and Auto. Brian and his staff are so trustworthy in the quality of their work and in the fees that they charge for their great service. Brian is not only accommodating and friendly but he has gone over and beyond to help my husband and me. He and his staff have become like family to us and we thank God that He has placed these guys in our life here at the lake..

I have never had a more pleasant or genuine experience than I have here. Last Friday night, one of my tires went incredibly flat, and I just happened to be close enough to Walls Tires to make it into their lot. It was long passed closing time, but they stayed and made sure that I had exactly what I needed. Honest, good hearted people are hard to find in businesses these days
