I purchased my own wheels online and took it get service here for tire replacement and alignment. It’s a sensitive process with tire sensors being the fact my car is tech savvy but overall they did a great job. Walk-in wasn’t a too bad of a wait. The receptionist at this location is sweet and knowledgeable. I received a free inspection along with service.

Wish i could give negative stars. This was my first and last visit. Would not recommend. Technicians don't know what they're doing and are giving bad advice. They told me my motor was seized, would not turn over when trying to crank it and that I needed a new motor. I0 immediately turned around, cranked my car and drove it away. 🙄😒

Customer service wasn’t the best. Cynthia seems as if she doesn’t have patience to be in the customer service field. She got very impatient with me because I booked a walk in through car advisor and she didn’t really know how that worked so instead of wanting to learn and give good customer service she got impatient and didn’t want to help me with my account because she didn’t have the knowledge of how to do appointments through car advisor. I called car advisor and the lady heard how rude they were being to me so she canceled my walk in and booked me with Firestone in Opelika by togertown. I spoke with Carol and Jacob and they were VERY helpful and FRIENDLY and also very knowledgeable on car advisor appointments. They booked me right away and my car was serviced immediately upon arriving and I didn’t have to wait two hours like I would of at pep boys. FIRESTONE ROCKS!!

Went in for a tire rotation and they messed up my alignment worse then when I brought the car in the shop. Had to go to a different auto store to get the job done right. Won’t ever use again.

My daughter, a student at Auburn, had a flat in her car. After she changed it she took the car to Pep Boys. We decided to buy four new tires. The experience was a total mess. First the service techs added on of the new tires to her spare, removing a spare tire that had much less mileage than the four main tires. They mounted the spare rim/new tire combo on the car and put one of the four main tires (with a tire having almost 70,000 miles) back on the spare holder. They did not replace any of the stems. Instead they used the old stems on the tires. They broke a wheel cover and did not tell my daughter they did so. She had to drive back to ask them where it was. They admitted they broke it and offered to pay for a replacement. We bought a used one and sent the receipt to the manager. We have yet to get payment weeks later. They also left a lug nut off one the tires. So we had to buy a new Lexus lug nut. They also did not put any stem caps on the tires. We bought those too. After several phone calls where they promised to pay for the wheel cover and lug nut they have gone radio silent. I will have to pay another tire company to switch the new tire they mounted on the spare rim with the older tire they kept on one of the four primary rims(which they placed in the spare holder). And I will also have to buy a new spare tire after they disposed of my original spare which had less than 1,000 miles on it. We won’t be sending our Auburn student to the pep boys in auburn anymore.

Had a flat on my way home and everyone took such great care of me. Cynthia was incredible with some fast service to get me in so I wasn’t stranded 3 hours from home.

Easter morning while my daughter was visiting family, she found her car with a flat tire. Pep Boys was not only open, but Sterling and his team (Clinton and Bryon) were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. Where it would have been easy to take advantage of a young girl in a tough position needing to get back to school, they were thorough, straightforward and honest. Their honest assessment of the problem and professionalism in which they communicated with the customer were refreshing to see from a business. Any car issues in the future, no doubt, this will be the first place we go. Thanks Sterling!

I've used them for almost three years now while at school and have always had great service! Being a car enthusienst, I know when people are trying to just make a buck and can honestly say they are not! Calling ahead and making an appointment is definitly worth it. The manager, Eric, is so professional and has always done everything he can to help whether that be discounts or clarifying issues while I'm away via pictures and phone calls. Great job guys!
