Called New Sound to get price for stereo and installation. Woman answers the phone with “How can I help you?” I thought that I had dialed a personal number by mistake and apologized. She hung up. I called back and the same thing. I told her that I was trying to reach New Sound. She was very curt. She asked me what kind of radio I wanted. I told her a double din Alpine. She told me that they didn’t have any name brands, just Jenson. I told her “thank you anyway” and she hung up on me. I couldn’t believe that I was actually dealing with a business. Will be spending my money elsewhere!

***BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!!!! Took my car to have my fog lights connected and they broke my instrument panel. When I called they denied it, "stating, they didn't touch that." When I took my car to them, it was working , I picked it up and it wasn't. Not only did they break it but told me they could not fix it. Had to take my car to another mechanic and paid over $200 for a new instrument panel. The mechanic said they had hit the panel and broken it. .Notice the common theme in all of the + reviews (fake). These people are crooks!!! The picture was taken when car was in park. The speedometer is sitting on 40. The hand was broken off the tachometer.

Called for a quote and the customer service rep was very rude and acted as though she did not want to be at work. She gave prices on a new radio and backup camera but got agitated when I had more questions. Working on the phone may not be for for if she does not like answering simple questions of potential customers. The quotes sounded great but because of this attitude I would not like service from this company.

I got a sound system installed on my 2019 Ford F150 here. They have great customer service and prices. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and will definitely come back in the future.

I just stop by there to check out my car sound sistem they want to charge me just $40 to tell me just what’s wrong , I went to another place they fix it right the way in 5 mins was a fuse that’s why I didn’t have music sound and they charge me 25 ..So I guess this people just think about money no that friendly ethier

I would give them more than just 5 stars. Victor installed a Sony Car - Play Audio system in while I was waiting. A perfect job done in just over 1 hour.You cannot ask for more....
