They have actually turned that store around. Before when I went in they had younger people working and they didn't care. Now the other day I went in still younger but it was like they had been trained to do their jobs, and they done it with a smile.

The staff here is always helpful. We have "not so new vehicles" & they always manage to find what we need. We appreciate the contact they give us when ordered parts arrive. They are our go to store, have been for years.

Went to get brakes… got there at 8:45pm on Saturday.. 1-29-22.. Saw the guy walk away from behind the counter and go in back.. had doors locked and would not even answer phone… what a joke

Was able to get what I went for, but not in agreement with policy in regards to purchasing online vs in-store. I had placed all I needed in my "cart" on the app as well as in my basket in the actual store and was wishing to simply pay for the items online, show that I had paid, and be on my way. The reason for this is bc some items, such as an oil filter us priced @ $5.99 on the app, but the exact same item is priced @ $9.99 in-store. I was told I either had to pay the higher price or if I chose to purchase online I wouldn't be able to take the item until the next day. I understand there needs to be a window of time for the associates to receive the online orders, find and pull the items, etc, but in this case I had done all of the added legwork by pulling the items myself from the shelves but was still required to pay the marked up price or wait til the next day to pick up my items. This policy definitely needs to be reevaluated in order to benefit the consumers. I don't plan to shop here again unless an absolute emergency bc of this as well as just generally higher prices than the competition offers.

While I attempted to find wiper blades for my vehicle noone offered to assist me; something I'm not use to with other O'Reilly branches. One employee was chatting with someone he seemed to know & then took a personal call behind the counter. The 2nd employee went outside to smoke directly outside the entrance. It's raining today so I can assume I rec'd no help from employees because they didn't want to go out in the rain to install wiper blades.
