The fries were warm, not hot right out of fryer and the big Mac bun was crusty around the edges as if sitting under the heat lamp waiting for an order to come along. I was disappointed because the food here is usually piping hot and fresh.

I bought a double quarter pounder with cheese with one more extra meat it's very simple order and they forgot to put my extra meat inside my sandwich and their general manger was on the drive through and he told me the sandwich comes with two slices of pickles and they put extra pickles on my sandwich

Polite & Professional I know it gets hectic dealing with the Public but when I’m only ordering a Senior coffee with 2 creams & 1 Splenda I expect it to be as I ordered and not black with nothing in it & this happened twice to me so that’s why I’m posting that listening to the Customer Order is important for good reports. then whomever is preparing it is vital for good service to read it correctly. Although I drank black coffee since when I got to my destination I wasn’t driving back to McDonald’s it was a delicious cup of coffee. That’s why I enjoy drinking my Senior Coffee from McDonald’s just next time please don’t forget my 2 creamers and 1 splenda so I can enjoy it completely. Got to have my coffee the way I like it! I asked for a Happy meal with the kids get a free toy so it comes with 6 McNuggets, the lady asked me about a 10-piece and I said yeah knowing if I get the 10 piece I can't get the toy so I just went inside and paid for it I will never go there again very unprofessional they could avoided complaint I was told at the drive-thru when I was picking up my food I'm holding up the line now if I go inside they can't exchange the food cuz I done left with it already all I wanted was the toy all they had to do is take the four chicken nuggets out or just charge me for four chicken nuggets and give me the toy right at the window that's why I don't like to buy out

Drive through gave me wrong sandwich and left one out completely. Didn't even give me the correct number of nuggets, missing one too. Not to sound petty but quality control is clearly missing here.

Ive always loved McDonald's. I used to go to this one alot because I grew up down the street. The staff is very nice here. it's always clean. I like the seating arrangements now too.

We were in the neighborhood on Christmas Day and there was no store open except McDonald’s. It has been a while since my last visit and our experience wasn’t bad. The safety procedures were planned and executed properly. We used the order kiosk for contactless purchase and it went smoothly. We had 2 large coffee (Latte and Mocha), an egg sandwich and a cinnamon roll. The food was decent and kind of exceeding expectation which was a surprise. Our favorite was the cinnamon roll, which was served warm and soft.
