Horrible service and the drive-through is very unorganized. I left there and went to the one on Haledon ave.. Much better service and definitely friendlier.

I’ve been coming to Popeyes since I was a little kid. Lisa made this visit the best tonight. I had to wait for chicken but she informed me. I didn’t mind because the food was fresh. Just great customer service all around. She is a valuable employee. She set the bar high & I will be back!

Today I ordered the buffalo ranch sandwich for the first time to hear about the hype I received it and just got the original sandwich and got really disappointed. I recommend someone new to read the order because this employee clearly didn’t care and just put whatever he/she felt like doing it’s ridiculous never ordering in Paterson again.

The woman working the counter (claimed to be the manager) literally lied to my face about sauce, even when I offered to pay for it. Went back in to ask about one of my sides, but before I even open my mouth to speak, she comes right back to the front with "what now???". Then assumes I'm asking for something larger when in fact it was an issue about the quality of the food I was served (literally burnt). Terrible service, dirty location go to another nearby Popeye's if you can. And this was supposedly the manager. The entire staff here seems miserable and full of attitude. The Popeyes brand alone is not worth paying for a bad experience and this location actually proves the point on why the franchise has such a bad rep when it comes to customer service. Never again for me.

I went here on 03/03/2022 with a receipt coupon which always states that you get a free two pieces of chicken and a biscuit with a purchase of a large soda. I gave the receipt coupon to a Hispanic lady who always makes blanket policy rules every time I come there. She told me that I only get the 2 pieces of chicken and not the biscuit because it doesn't state that on my receipt. I told her every Popeyes has the same language on the back of the receipt. She went to her supervisor, who told her to give me the biscuit. She told me she is giving me a break. What break is that? This lady doesn't know how to treat customers and needs retraining. She told me that I had a old receipt and they changed the receipts recently. I asked for her name and she said that her name was on the receipt, which it was not. This lady should not be servicing customers.

it is so bad i wanna give you a 0, but that’s not possible so i give you a one. This is the most ghetto Popeyes i have ever been to in my life the cashier got my order totally wrong when i clearly stated what i wanted multiple times. I told her that’s not what i ordered and she started giving me a dirty look and a terrible attitude then she charged me 25 bucks for a 5 piece chicken tenders. i was completely polite and mind you i’m very under age and act more mature than this childish women. please find a new cashier get this lady out!!!

The red beans and rice side order had the rice hard and inedible and the ckn sandwich was missing the sauce and not even a pickle. So one out of two meals was just worthless and this was not even a late night order, but at 9pm, hours before the store closes and they weren't even busy.

Best chicken sandwich, better than all the other fast food joints. I only issue is that they often don’t have normal things. Recently they didn’t have any sauce. I ordered chicken tenders and the only sauce that was ketchup.
