Do yourself a favor, don’t be like me knowing this place is trash and still come hoping it improves. It’s not! Always a long wait and they rarely get the order’s right. And there is a resident cracked head that lives in the drive through. Seriously, every time I drive by this dude is sitting in the drive through asking for $$$ or just chilling. I know your cameras see him. I haven’t tried the one S. Orange but the East Orange one is the hot garbage.

This location is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Orders are always wrong whether you go inside or through the drive-thru. You can count on waiting 30+ minutes which isn’t ideal since it’s considered “fast food”. The managers take no accountability with both the employees making mistakes and the establishment’s CONSISTENT errors. For the past 3 times we’ve gone to this location, the food order has been wrong. Recently today we went to the drive-thru, the young man taking the order kept repeating items that I were not mentioning, once we finally settled what I wanted for the order he gave me the price. As I pulled up, he doesn’t say anything, just takes my card and I got charged about $30, given no receipt and received a full bag of the absolute wrong order. In receiving the bag I asked how much my card was charged the manager stepped in and claimed she gave me a refund but could not provide a receipt saying their receipt machine doesn’t work as we WATCHED other receipts be printed. The manager says the guy who took the order never took the order and we had to go inside to get what we actually wanted. No apology, no accommodation, no ownership for the mistake. Extremely inconvenient! Going to this location I can always expect to be disappointed but I’ll never go back again after today.

If i could give them no stars i wouldve as far as order pick up . I ordered online went through drive thru for pickup then was ordered to come inside, 45 mins later i got my order. The food was good at least.

The D/U wait time was 11min. The order was short a piece of chicken, 1 biscuit. The side order of fries was cold. Embarrassing to take home for dinner. Never any more business with you. I hope this message gets to headquarters. (Central Avenue-East Orange, NJ)

Extremely inappropriate manger , who wears a green shirt. She allows employees to be injured and forced to continue working. Extremely filthy store, which as a potential franchisee will now understand what the other franchisee's care about. I now will continue to advise OSHA on how this establishment has employees being injured and forced to continue working.

Waited in drive through line for a mobile order meant to be picked up at the drive through window as selected on the app for 40 minutes just to be told at the window that we’re supposed to go inside and I asked the lady serving us if it’s okay if she can just hand the food through the window to which she said no. Horrible experience and better time and gas spent driving to another Popeyes.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS POPEYES!!! As you can see the chicken tender is raw and uncooked. They have roaches and rude employees here at this location. Also, everytime I order here off uber eats, majority of the time they miss a part of my order. This place is terrible!!!

Chicken was hot but completely raw and uncooked. I was so surprised. This is my first time visiting this Popeyes. I've eaten at other locations and never experienced this issue. I was vomiting shortly after seeing what I had consumed.
