This location is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Orders are always wrong whether you go inside or through the drive-thru. You can count on waiting 30+ minutes which isn’t ideal since it’s considered “fast food”. The managers take no accountability with both the employees making mistakes and the establishment’s CONSISTENT errors. For the past 3 times we’ve gone to this location, the food order has been wrong. Recently today we went to the drive-thru, the young man taking the order kept repeating items that I were not mentioning, once we finally settled what I wanted for the order he gave me the price. As I pulled up, he doesn’t say anything, just takes my card and I got charged about $30, given no receipt and received a full bag of the absolute wrong order. In receiving the bag I asked how much my card was charged the manager stepped in and claimed she gave me a refund but could not provide a receipt saying their receipt machine doesn’t work as we WATCHED other receipts be printed. The manager says the guy who took the order never took the order and we had to go inside to get what we actually wanted. No apology, no accommodation, no ownership for the mistake. Extremely inconvenient! Going to this location I can always expect to be disappointed but I’ll never go back again after today. ~Quenice

For some reason tire repair businesses are closed on Sundays... So I looked on line.. This location has it opening @ 830... All the other businesses opened at 9.. So I decided to go there and... Of Course.. Not open at 830.. Tried calling and No Answer.. So I decided to go to a different business... ~John

This check cashing place is fraudulent. I was given a money order. They told me that I could not cash the money order because I didn’t have the stub. The stub stay with the purchaser and is NOT required to have. They do not like black people but their business is in the middle of a predominantly black neighborhood. They need to be shut down. ~Keia

I had an appointment set for specific day and time, upon arrival, they told me to come back another day, came back, the owner told me he had other cars on the lift so to come back again, I called before arrival, the owner told me to come, I went he was working on another car, he said he’ll be done in 20-30 minutes, I patiently waited in my car, still gave extra time, he was still working on the same car, so I simply asked him how much longer, he then looked at me very angrily and started SHOUTING EXPLICITS at me ‘the paying customer’ in front of other customers and employees and told me to F..k..g leave. I was in total shock and embarrassed. I left NEVER EVER TO GO OR RECOMMEND TO NO ONE, the WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!!! Service: Engine repair ~Ital
