I had an appointment set for specific day and time, upon arrival, they told me to come back another day, came back, the owner told me he had other cars on the lift so to come back again, I called before arrival, the owner told me to come, I went he was working on another car, he said he’ll be done in 20-30 minutes, I patiently waited in my car, still gave extra time, he was still working on the same car, so I simply asked him how much longer, he then looked at me very angrily and started SHOUTING EXPLICITS at me ‘the paying customer’ in front of other customers and employees and told me to F..k..g leave.
