The worst experience I've had at a fast food restaurant. I ordered online. I waited for 30 minutes, my order never came. Asked the employees working there for an update. They completely missed my order, I had to re-order and had to wait again. Once the order finally came, I picked it up and I went back home. Noticed that they completely missed my entree, sides, etc. Was missing 3 items. I only ordered 4. I went back to the restaurant and told them what happened. I gave them my receipt, they re-packed the items that were missing for my order. I checked the bags, they messed it up the second time. Absolutely ridiculous

Went here for a quick bite and found a piece of hair in my nuggets box. Very disappointed and annoyed because I couldn’t finish my meal!

Service and food were good. I cant complain. We usually eat at this location due to it being our go to mall and the food and service is good quality. The staff are patient and helpful in every way. Thank you Chick-fil-A for the great food and service.

A very busy Chickfila in the Menlo Mall. During prime time, I suggest ordering ahead 10-15 before you get to the restaurant to avoid a long wait. Food here is pretty consistent. I typically only get chicken sandwiches, nuggets & fries. Can't comment on the salads or desserts.

Came here for years. As normal, the staff has changed over the years but the new leadership they have is nowhere like before. I have made the same request each time with my order and they have always been more than happy to do it but this time the lady told me she couldn't do it this time or again with no explanation. And this is after I noticed it was incorrect. And at the very least they could have notified me that they couldn't do it because my request is written in clear big letters on my mobile order .... ultimately the manager or supervisor on duty could have responded more appropriately.

We accidently went to the Chick-fil-A in Menlo Mall thanks to GPS. We were there so figured we'd try it. Never again!!! The chicken in the chicken salad looks like deli meat cut up. I asked for fries well done soggy as hell, ordered 2 soups were charged for them and then told they did not have any left. Do not waste your money at this location.

They need to learn how to secure and pack soup. This is how they let my delivery driver deliver my soup to me. Very disappointed in wasting $8 on a soup that I can not even drink. Do they expect me to drink my soup out of a dirty bag?

Never again will I eat at this Chick-fil-A the worst service I ordered a chicken sandwich and the bread had mold on it, when I went back to speak to manager she wouldn’t even give my money back ..I couldn’t believe how rude she was and furthermore I couldn’t believe this was service from Chick-fil-A !!

The staff not only took too long, but we’re very rude and unorganized. You need to fire the one male cashier. Hopefully someone will fire this jerk. Daniel is the rudest👎👎 two thumbs down. Fire him!

I love Chick Fil-A! I am so glad that they have the curb side service now because some times it is hard to find parking just to get food from Chick Fil-A.
