Every time I try to go here, the wait is crazy long ; they are out of what I want after I pay and ask if I want something else. Also, the card machine is always down. At this point, it needs new management or just close it down terrible!

Never give me the right sauces I ask for. Always forget something. And there was a chicken kidney stuck on my chicken! Gross!!!

The food is never fresh! Customer service is trash! When you request to have something fresh attitude is given! I refuse to waste my money here again!

I thought it was delicious I'm giving a four-star because it absolutely does not beat KFC

It’s the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. I stopped coming here for a long time cause the staff was the worst and the chicken didn’t taste like other Popeyes I have been to. Then today it looks like they just have a whole different crew of the same nonsense. This place should not be allowed to call themselves Popeyes, because there chicken is the worst and the customer service is trash.

I’ve been to several Popeyes off JBMDL. This one on base taste different in a bad way. The fried chicken seems more bland and the sides just aren’t as appetizing. I thought at first maybe it was in my head but after asking several co-workers they confirmed

This is the best Popeyes I’ve been to. The customer service is great, always friendly and helpful. However, If you go around noon or dinner time, be prepared to wait. Popeyes is one of the most popular restaurants on base, and it is always slammed around noon - 1 because it’s lunchtime. The line wait is a little line, and there may be a wait to receive too. But this place always gives a good amount of chicken and friendly service.

Only the seafood is ever fresh because they can't leave it out. They're always in a rush to close and they turn they're fryers off an hour before they're supposed to close according to they're listed hours. 2 days in a row I've tried to eat here and they were closing earlier than they should've.

Worst customer service. I requested 10 pc mild chicken and the register lady says they have no more mild chicken. She ask the cook if he can make more, and the cook says “ no because, I have to season it”. Lazy individuals working on a Sunday, 2:50 pm, July 1, 2018. And the store closes at 6 pm. So, the is gonna run without making chicken until closing.
