Was in there to buy a pair of platform shoes and the manager sandy was following me everywhere I went. There was a lot of other people in the store but yet she would be a few ft behind me at all times. I feel discriminated against. She didn’t bother anyone else but the Mexican in her store. I asked her why she was following me and she said she’s just doing her customer service but she never said one word to me until I said something. I told her that I feel like she thinks I’m going to shop lift(which I would never do. I’m in my scrubs because I just got off work) and she literally told me “well you said it”, Those are your words. Like really? What kind of manager does this place have?! One that thinks it’s acceptable to judge someone by the color of their skin and think because I’m Mexican that automatically means I’m up to no good. I hope everyone that reads this chooses not to shop at a store that clearly discriminates. Thanks a lot sandy. You made me feel so uncomfortable. I’m a good person who would never do what you obviously thought I was going to do. I hope you don’t work there anymore. This store will be better without you.

I liked the wide variety of shoes, but I didn’t like that it’s a little hard to find any one to help you when looking for a size. If you need anyone you would be better off going to the cashier and asking for help. They’ll get you someone. Other than that, good prices. Honestly I find it better than WSS.

I found a nice large selection but the associates don't like to help or answer questions. They should have more than 1 cashier especially during the holidays.

The staff were pretty nice walking in and as you can see by all the pictures they have a lot of shoes for men women and kids and they have lots of items on sale and they are nice shoes on sale so you can choose from a good variety. Its a nice shoe store so if you need shoes you can shop here. Have a nice day.

great place to get shoes for the whole family.! also great prices.!! & there are ALWAYS great sales.! I walked in & found an amazing pair of boots, the price tag said $100 but it was bogo so my hubby bought some shoes too, we had a coupon for 20% off & there was also a discount for having a certain amount of items...I payed just $10 for the $100 boots.!! 😍

Five Stars for Roger at this Famous Footwear. I'm not sure if he is the manager here but I hope he goes a long way. His kindness & patience was very professional. A young employee made a mistake with an online order & after 3 weeks of waiting for my shoes; I came back to this location to ask about my purchase. I think it turned out she never actually ordered them so I was waiting for nothing. She ordered them in the wrong size too, but ! Roger was awesome. 10/10, A+, 100%. He deserves a round of applause. These Five Stars are for him. My Famous Footwear experience definetly could have gone differently but I was so happy to have Roger turn my day around. A big thank you and I love my new shoes!

I couldn't find a good match for either of the 2 types of shoes I wanted. I had a $10 off a $50 purchase coupon but didn't end up using it because I felt all the shoes were over priced anyway so the discount wouldn't have been as good as going somewhere else.
