Malika(I’m sorry I’m sure I’m spelling it wrong 😑) was the most helpful and by far the most sincerely genuine person I’ve met at this location. Not saying anything about the other folks lol but she’s killing the game ! She was soooo proactive, considerate, helpful, energetic, professional all while being effective in her job. One phone call and she helped me do something I’ve been trying to figure out for weeks whether it’s calling or emailing in or calling the support line etc I’ve not been able to get any sort of help on the direction I needed! One call to Malika(forgive me lol) and my issue was handled within minutes, would’ve been seconds but I wasn’t on top of my game like her lol. Awesome experience, great employee, she deserves a raise or promotion guys, just saying !!!! Thanks again!

I parked my truck there for sometime and I had a piece of mind because it was safe. The compound is gated and they have security cameras everywhere. I parked my business truck there and they were very accommodating based on my needs. Pete was very helpful everytime I needed something. He is an awesome person to deal with and he has a very positive attitude. I hope he gets a raise :)

I was stressed and overwhelmed with trying to pick a unit and PETE made my experience so peaceful, easy with excellent customer service. I help find this rental for a displaced veteran. He has only had it approximatly 10 days. His storage was infested with roaches. He had no roaches before he put his things in there. Once he complained someone cut off his lock went through his stuff. He did have a bag of canned food only. They accused him of living there which is a lie because he had been with me. Now he has 24 hours to get his things out. This is wrong on so many levels. I will be calling corporate on this issue Monday!!!

I came into this location in West Sacramento to just price the area rather than going a bit further to South Sac. The customer service that I witnessed was above and beyond and it wasn't even with me; it was with a gentleman that was speaking Spanish. I saw the store manager at this location using his phone to translate an entire conversation back and forth between himself and the customer. It was almost second nature to just find a solution to provide the best experience he could. I could see the customer was so satisfied and I thought why in the world do more people not do this! Props to West Sac Extra Space.

I have been absolutely delighted and amazed by the service provided to me from Extra Space Storage. Before the pandemic I put my stuff in storage. It was only supposed to be there for 2 months. However, I ended up having my stuff stay in storage for 2 years. Now, they got me in with a great rate! Now, the price did go up over time, but they did give me several month until that rate slowly changed. Additionally, their rates were always lower than everyone else. One might ask "But how was the facility?" It was excellent! Always clean! Easy access! And my unit was inside so it was convenient and safe. My stuff looked like I had just put it in the day before. Everything was found in great condition, including my beds, clothing, and other fabrics. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Moving out was easy and fast as well, by the way. Do yourselves a favor, stick with this one and you will be paying less than everyone else and will have peace of mind that your stuff is in good hands.
