Very friendly service that didn’t try to pressure or upsell anything. I feel they did a good job checking on all my concerns and we’re honest about what my car needed and what can wait. These folks are awesome! Great service. We got an oil change. Get there early because they get busy. We got there at 7:32 am on Saturday and there were 4 cars ahead of us. We were out of there before 9 am.

Was greeted upon rival. Was given recommendation on what type of oil to ise for my car. The technician gave me a quote for the work being done. Found a coupon for $20 off while waiting in lobby. Free wifi and water was available. Was in and out. These guys are great 👍

My car was in for full service on 5/5/2022 and as soon as they gave me the car back, I didn't even leave the parking lot and the check engine light came on. I immediately told the tech and they told me that i have to leave the car overnight. The people at your shop took my car without my permission to another shop. Why? Then they told me that the car was towed ! Why because my car was very much drivable when I took it to JiffyLube. When I asked for the documentation they are not providing me with any documentation. When I went to Advance Auto body and asked for the paperwork they said they don't have any log of the diagnosis done. I called JiffyLube customer service many times but no response received from you. I have a medical condition and I need to have my car issues resolved . Service: Oil change

I have been really impressed with the people that work here, they are professional and very helpful. I went by a few months ago for an oil change and the manager looked at my account a said "It is too soon for the oil change, unless you have a concern I think you should save your money." That experience proved to me that they are not trying to gouge you. I went back yesterday for my oil change because I received an email reminding me it was time. They were quick and didn't try to upsell me. Service: Oil change
