Extremely accomodating team at this location. They truly take care of their customers and are transparent of what they can or cannot do to help you out. There is definitely a level of service executed here that shows that the management team has the right people at this location.

Marn, the manager, is excellent! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Be careful… CubeSmart indicates the renter can use the renter’s own insurance, but CubeSmart FORCES the renter to use the CubeSmart insurance. A scam?

This place is cool it's clean it's quiet very laid back!. The managers are awesome they were very understanding to my situation and worked with us. Very nice and friendly couple! If I ever needed a storage again I would definitely go back to that one! I give it five stars

The management was always helpful. There are no homeless people hanging around. Management keeps a good eye on the place. I always feel comfortable when i am there and know my stuff is safe.

The couple that mange this property are just cool and wonderful people. They are genuine, and understand/deliver what true GOOD customer service should be. So much so, that I took the time to write a review (which I've never done..for anything). They are always willing to help with any issues, take their time doing so, and go above and beyond. Also, they keep this place very clean. Hope this helps :)

I want to share a great customer experience I had at Cube Storage located in West Sacramento. I was up late at night trying to figure out what to do with all the extra boxes of pictures, keepsakes, family heirloom items. I made an online reservation and didn't finish it. The next day, I got a call from Marlo, an office employee filling for another staff member. She gave me great information to help me with my predicament. I had never rented a storage unit in my life, so having someone with the knowledge and understanding was very pleasant. I run out of time after packing that day. The next day I got a follow-up text from the manager, Michael, letting me know he was there for any question and provided his phone number. I called him and again received valuable information. I appreciated how helpful Marlo and Michael were with me. Being a customer going through the task of moving after 20+ years from her home, tired, stressed out, it is nice to run into good people that make your job easier. I had to make time to recognize these two Cube Storage employees.
