CONSISTENCY is a word that does not exist in the owners vocabulary. Panchitos was the place to go for the rotisserie chicken and the green sauce(aji). Sadly it's hit or miss.....and lately it has been a MISS. LATELY the chicken is either undercooked and/or has NO flavor. The aji which use to be full of flavor, hot and spicy is at times salty or very mild and boring. The white rice sometimes has a rancid smell, one literally has to smell the rice before they eat. How can a Spanish restaurant screw up white 🍚 rice???!!!!??? The papa a la huancaina is embarrassing, even the raccoons refuse to eat it. The menu is old and outdated which leaves me to believe that the products used for the other dishes are frozen, expired or not fresh. Panchitos has the ability to have 5+ stars but sadly for now it does not!

Chicken is undercooked, they lady receptionists have a different price than the owner,I had payed different prices for the same whole Chicken, fries,salad and portion of white rice.... somehow the owner ( male Panchito) always charged me $22.00 and changed but the lady charged me almost $32.00 for the same order...
