Best chicken restaurant in Paterson, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

Today I ordered the buffalo ranch sandwich for the first time to hear about the hype I received it and just got the original sandwich and got really disappointed. I recommend someone new to read the order because this employee clearly didn’t care and just put whatever he/she felt like doing it’s ridiculous never ordering in Paterson again. ~Demir2k

CONSISTENCY is a word that does not exist in the owners vocabulary. Panchitos was the place to go for the rotisserie chicken and the green sauce(aji). Sadly it's hit or miss.....and lately it has been a MISS. LATELY the chicken is either undercooked and/or has NO flavor. The aji which use to be full of flavor, hot and spicy is at times salty or very mild and boring. The white rice sometimes has a rancid smell, one literally has to smell the rice before they eat. How can a Spanish restaurant screw up white 🍚 rice???!!!!??? The papa a la huancaina is embarrassing, even the raccoons refuse to eat it. The menu is old and outdated which leaves me to believe that the products used for the other dishes are frozen, expired or not fresh. Panchitos has the ability to have 5+ stars but sadly for now it does not! ~vira
