Customer services is a nightmare, specially on the phone. They can put you in hold for up to a hour, with high probabilities that your phone call will be hung up by one of the representatives, instead of take it.

Never buying here again purchased wiper blades online for store pick up when i got there they told me they only had 1 and thats not the bad part they tried replacing them with cheap standard blades that actually cost less than the ones I purchased instead of giving me comparable blades the manager refused. He said they would only give me the cheaper ones instead i refused this and told them to cancel my order. Completely unprofessional made me feel like it was my fault they didn’t have the items they said online the had in stock when i purchased

One of the workers there was super annoyed and doing the job half a$$£d. Then there was a super helpfull, I wished I would have asked his name, guy who put in the battery in my car. Super profesional, helpful, and courteous!

Good place reasonable prices. Picked up battery jumper cables. Got a price check for a maxima battery 149.00 was the price.. and it's right next to super super market.

worst customer service ever! we purchase wrong item and literally went back to the store with in 30 minutes. item was brand new and was not in the "non-returnable item" list. the "manager" did want to do the return. she said she was a manager but could not do this returns. i had to call corporate to just so they can get in contact with this store and then they did the return. they could have just returned it to begin with being that the item was brand new a literally just purchased minutes ago.
