Shortly after purchasing our new home, my first task was to organize our garage for a very active family of five. By way of example, the “stuff” included: 7 bicycles, a bicycle repair workspace, a separate workbench, over 30 boxes (accumulated over a 30year tenure in the US Army), etc. In short: a veritable nightmare for an organization freak. Feeling up to the task, after a week of designing - and finding 3 different vendors/sources to optimize my storage needs - a colleague suggested I look into MonkeyBars. In retrospect, I wish I heard this suggestion a week earlier, because this was exactly what I (we) needed. To my surprise, Rick contacted me within hours of reaching out. Despite his claims otherwise, I still doubted that I could find a single source that could provide the capacity - and design - that I was looking for. I’ve never been so happy to be wrong. Rick sent me design concepts, and shortly afterwards, installed a garage storage system that, incidentally, exceeded my expectations. Post-script (3 years later). Since the business was sold to Kevin (Platinum Garage Solutions), my 5-star rating has dropped to 1. Spoke with Kevin weeks ago about replacing my bicycle hook (for a fat bike). Since then, I've left 6 or 7 messages -- with no reply. Like they completely dropped off the map. Never had a business completely ignore a customer before. I'll never do business with them again - and encourage others to do the same.

He attention to detail was amazing and the entire garage was clean and organized when he was finished. It was the best investment I had ever made in my garage.
