They are not paying their bills or something. They had my mower for a month and never ordered the belts. An employee told me the owner is not paying bills. I never received a phone call about progress. I didn’t even get a call back after I went in and offered to pay for the belts somewhere else. No customer service. They should not be in business much longer with the way they act and treat customers.

This guy is a local loan shark, tread lightly around him because he is the biggest snake in Omaha! Wouldn’t recommend doing business with him! His time is up though, I give it 8 months and this business will be closed permanently….looking forward to it.

It's a place for experienced individuals as it's actually self service and look for stuff store. They must be doing something right as the place was packed. I won't be visiting again as I prefer customer service

Little engines has new management and the store is so different. Employees treat you well. Was a great experience. You be the judge check it out. They have lots of parts I couldn't find anywhere else.

Read the negative reviews and believe them! Took my snow blower there for a tune up and and it took over 1.5 months to get it done and now gas leaks everywhere and i never that issue when I took it there.

Dropped my snowblower off, didn’t hear anything for a month, called and they couldn’t even find it. After they finally located it, turns out it had been fixed but I was never called. Got it home, and it doesn’t work well at all. What a scam…

This is the worst place ever. Do not waste your time they are scammers. Mitch the owner is very rude and unprofessional. He stole the synthetic expensive fuel out of our snowblower that another company had put in. We took it to him just to do the paddles and he took it upon himself to remove the expensive fuel and claimed he changed the oil and the fuel which we already had done but he didn't know it so we caught him in a lie. He tried to say it hadn't been done. On our invoice he was just supposed to do the paddles but he took it upon himself to write it on the invoice; it was not typed like the rest of the service so they added that part on after he stated what work he would perform for us. When asked why did you do something that we didn't ask you to do he showed us a pan of oil and said it was ours we said we don't know if that's ours and neither do you. During the conversation with him we let him know that another company had done it before he did and we showed him our invoice and when he saw that he was caught in a lie he starting raising his voice and he used profanity he was very unprofessional he tried to embarrass us but he was the one that ended up looking childish. We went back to the company that serviced us about a week before and they were the ones that found out that Little Engines removed the expensive synthetic fuel that the other company put in and Little Engines took the expensive fuel and put in a cheaper version in our snowblower. Before leaving my husband asked Mitch would you rather have a one-time customer or lifetime customer? Mitch replied they have more than enough business. I doubt that; if that were true they wouldn't have taken the fuel from our showblower and he wouldn't be talking loud and being very unprofessional and using profanity in front of other customers which we found was very very disturbing. If they keep this up they'll be out of business soon with their attitudes. We are going to tell everyone not to go there so disappointing and embarrassing to see a shop owner taking from their customers. And we got the paperwork to prove it.

This place is terrible! Tried to get some wheels for my mower he said there were used ones you can go down and look through a big old box of them find them well that's not really what I wanted to do then he told me I need to climb up on a ladder as a customer to see if there's any on a Shelf that's not what I was going to do so then finally he supposedly ordered the wheels I wanted and the wrong one came in so then he ordered them said they'll be in on Tuesday, then he said they were on back order. Days later not a call, very terrible business would not recommend them at all if you need your blade sharpened go to Three B's on Maple Street cheaper and they get it done in a couple days and they are so much more polite

This place took my lawn tractor and tore it apart without notifying me of this action. It was suppose to be repaired; replace a pulley bearing. Now I do not have a lawn tractor to cut my 1/2 Ace of lawn. They choose to ignore my complaint and make this right, so I filed a BBB complaint. They will not respond to BBB complaint case to resolve this outrageous business behavior. So the BBB complaint will be profiled on Little Engines for three years. The owner is very confrontational. Bad behavior!
