I only gave 1 star for the soft fresh bread. The first double Italian cheeseburger that i couldnt enjoy. No salt no pepper and i ask for it. Whats an double Italian cheeseburger without the love. $15 including tip was definitely too much

This place needs cooks who can follow directions with ordering. Please make sure your order is right, first I asked for onions and white cheese and extra mayo on a hot pastrami but the didn't do it right. Called and second time no mayo and barely any lettuce and tomatoes. Never going back here again, didn't want to go a third time.

I've been ordering since 2011 and I absolutely love this place. The food is DELICIOUS and the staff is nice. The always have products available too, overall my go to burger place for 11 years!

This USED to be my FAVORITE Deli in all of Paterson! It no longer is my GO-TO spot, not because the food isn’t DELICIOUS anymore… Because they still have some of the BEST Deli sandwiches in the area. It’s no longer my GO-TO Spot because the Young Kids they have answering the Phone and Working the Register are BEYOND RUDE and IMPOLITE!!!! I know I’m not the only one who feels this way, because anyone I’ve ever spoken to whether while picking up my food, or elsewhere… people have expressed the same concerns. No One wants to Spend their Hard Earned money somewhere they aren’t respected as a Customer.

I’ve been going to this deli since I was a kid and it’s been in my neighborhood for many years great quality great food great customer service from the staff the owners always make sure your orders just like you asked for hands-down best establishment highly recommend anyone who’s in the neighborhood to come give this place a visit!

Long story short, we have ordered from these guys for months. Not all the time but a good consistency. There are plenty of occasions where they have messed up our orders and we have been patient with them. Now there's no exceptions. We purchased 2 waheed specials one of them i ordered with curly fries , it was literally burnt and drenched in oil and my i requested additional toppings on it but of course they didn't put anything on it . Other order was soggy oil fries not even cooked barley. Don't believe me, check the photos. It's honest sad because we place decent orders with them and they say i quote "Everyone or anyone can make an honest mistake" which is true. But almost every single time. Like seriously man? Anyways check your food before you PAY! By the way Montclair, we aren't cheap tipper either. Ask your driver.
