Terrible customer service from pharmacy! Very rude and unprofessional to say the least! Been my pharmacy for at least 10 years. Not anymore! It has been getting bad but today sealed the deal for me. They don’t care about you they care about their lunch break for sure! Never mind anyone in pain! I’ll never step foot in there again! Sincerely Very loyal Customer

Why are they soooo slow??? I scheduled a COVID vaccine for my boyfriend for 9 and it took them an entire hour. Awful and I’m leaving them a nasty review. I’m never coming here again. Im late to my appointment at 10:30 in Kenner now.

I hate to leave negative reviews but this places has well earned theirs. Among the grocery list of problems over the years: *persists to call me when my prescription is ready. It’s always in the middle of the day and I work nights. I try to screen only local numbers to ring in case there’s an emergency. Problem is they’re a local number and despite filling out forms and asking to be put on a no call list every time I get a prescription I get woken up. * I used before and after I was married. Every trip to the store I attempted to get the to combine my two names yet everything it doesn’t happen and I have to argue about who I am. * they frequently run out of medications I need despite calling (see above point) to say the drugs ready. Multiple times I drive there and came home empty handed. *long wait times. *never answers phone .... I could go on. Poor workers obviously need more staff and a better system. Do better.

Pharmacist as well as Tech were EXTREMELY rude. Waited my entire lunch hour for a COVID19 test for my daughter and still have not received the test. Pharmacist is very unprofessional and could care less how she speaks to customers. Techs also does not want to do their jobs. To busy talking about men while people are waiting. All should be FIRED including the pharmacist. find some more workers and as one of the other reviews stated...." you dont like your job then find another"

If I could give them negative stars, I would. My daughter-in-law had her Dr call in an antibiotic on Saturday, due to an infection after surgery. And they didn't fill it until Monday after the Dr called them to find out what the situation was. They told her that they didn't fill it because she wasn't sitting there. THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!!! It only took 5 minutes after that. Luckily the infection didn't get any worse while we were waiting on them. Do your jobs or switch careers, you hold people's lives in your hands.

Too many BAD experiences. They don't follow directions for example first taking my mom name off the auto refill list. They still calling over and over before it's time for her refills and she told them twice. And when she do call in for her refill for one medicine. They have refill 3 of pills. When she only call for one.

I want to leave a -5 review. I have been on hold for the pharmacy for 32 minutes now. 32 minutes!!!! What could they possibly be doing over there, definitely not answering the phones. I surely dont want to go stand in line only for them to tell me the doctor didnt call my script in when I know for a fact they did. This happens all the time. This location sucks!!

The pharmacy is less than helpful. My daughter had her prescription sent to this location and was told she had to wait over a week for it. Other CVS pharmacies take no longer than 2 days. They refuse to be of any assistance. I asked family members about this pharmacy and heard similar stories. CVS in Destrehan somehow gets the job done. Why are they incompetent at the Laplace location?

The pharmacy is the worst!!! Used them years ago and switched pharmacies because of the poor services and the issue remains the same. After today will the time I will use them. Because of this your company will lose a loyal customer forever. Can’t even hold medicine for 24hours without putting back. Also they were more worried about closing up than tending to customers last night. They should be worried about tending to the sick folks in the community instead of rushing out of the door. I work in customer service I know the feeling of wanting to get home to your family. But the gentleman who works the front is wonderful and kind. It’s the pharmacy I will NEVER use again!!!
