Well here it is 4 years and 6 months later and I still am having issues with this dealership. One could say that from beginning to end, this has been the worst experience I've had with any company. It all started with them writing my contract with the wrong car, it took them 3 months to figure it out (makes you wonder about the frequency of conducting inventory), once the new contract was completed, they assured me it was all taken care of. the following issues came up after the new contract was signed. 1. The car on the original contract was still in my name at the DMV. had to go to the deanship get them to give me a letter stating the error, but not before the DMV wouldn't issue my other tags for my truck because the customer who bought the car that was originally on the contract did not have insurance. 2. I had to call Sirius XM to change service to new car. 3. My automatic payments from my bank was not being credited to my account and was getting threats to repossess my car. Wend to the dealership many times to see if they could correct this. nothing was ever done. I contacted Hyundai Finance and they informed me that the dealership had to correct it as it had been coded incorrectly . After numerous to the dealership and Hyundai Finance I finally had this issue resolved, but not before it had effected my credit report. They assured me they would send a letter to the credit bureau to explain the error. That never happened. 4 Paid off the car on Feb 01, 2022. I waited for my title but it never came. Called Hyundai Finance, they explained that the Dealership had to release it. I drove to the dealership and spoke with Bryan Johnson, he was very apologetic and said he would look into this and get back to me no later than the following work day. I never heard back from him. 5. I wrote a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) on August 1, 2022. They did send the dispute to Superior Hyundai but the dealership never responded. 6. I did receive a call from J D McWilliams on the 10th of August 2022 and he also promised he would look into this and keep me posted to all activity to get my title. Unfortunately that's been twelve days ago and hadn't heard back. At this point, they leave me with no alternative other the to seek counsel and try to attain my Title. Having to wait six months plus for a title is completely unacceptable. I am not sure if they lack training or they just don't care about customer service. It is of my opinion, that if you are in the market for a Hyundai, you might consider going to a different dealership.

We were recently traveling from Texas to North Carolina when our Sonata broke down on a Saturday night. After considering all our options, we decided to have Hyundai Roadside Support request that it be towed to the nearest Hyundai service center which as Superior in Anniston. We then rented a car and proceeded on with our trip. First thing on Monday we contacted Superior and they assured us the car would be fixed promptly. Overall, I was very satisfied with how accessible and professional they were. Getting some free cookies when we returned to pick up the car was a nice bonus. :)

I recently purchased a used 2013 Hyundai through a non-Hyundai dealership "AN". I live 50+ miles from the nearest three Hyundai dealerships. While getting body work done on the vehicle locally, they made me aware of outstanding recalls. I asked them who they would recommend of the three. As said, Superior Hyundai was the best of the three. They were using Superior Hyundai for their own personal vehicles and recommended them. I took that advise and found a dealership with integrity, experience, courtesy, professionalism, hospitality, and excellent service. They went the extra mile for me, so I will drive the extra miles for them. I highly recommend Superior Hyundai and will continue to use their services!

Was told by rep. they would sale vehicle for MSRP, if in state. After waiting an hour to get a purchase order completed, I sent a text to the sales rep and he quickly responded “We just sold it”. After feeling like this was a little weird and convenient, I called the following day and verified by another representative this vehicle was not sold, but the “market adjustment” was going to stay. Seems a little convenient that it was sold after being told one price, but then it was sold when the original price wasn’t enough profit. When greed drives your dealership, this is the professionalism you recruit and maintain. Guess I’ll be driving out of state.

Don't let these people take advantage of you! Don't overpay! It may take some searching but honest dealerships do exist. "Market Adjustment" is all about greed, most dealers are doing it but not everyone! Don't waste your time or money with Superior Hyundia. Tuscaloosa Hyundai is the place to go.

The worst experience I have ever had The salesman was terrible. He knew zero about cars, did not review any of the features or remove the plastic from the back mat or place the other mats. Also, they are crooks charging 4000!!!!!! over sticker price. Do yourself a favor and make the short drive to Auburn Hyundai where you will be treated right. I will never buy from them again.

They're charging a ~$4,000 "market adjustment" for their vehicles. Go to the Hyundai dealerships in Birmingham or Atlanta and some of them don't have those fees. Save your money by not shopping here.

Let me tell you why I feel Superior Hyundai is such an extraordinary dealership. They have established an atmosphere of Excellent Customer Service at all levels in all departments. I have been dealing with Superior Hyundai for 15+ years. I’ve dealt with their sales personnel, purchased new cars, recommended, and arranged for family to purchase cars, and recommended this dealership to friends. This is because their personnel and management have earned my trust over the years. I have used their service department for my personal vehicles and always found them to routinely put in the extra effort to provide quality, professional care of my vehicles. I have experienced everything from routine maintenance, warranty service, to personal service; complimentary coffee, courtesy transportation, complimentary vehicle wash; all done by Superior personnel as if I were their most important customer. The feedback I have received, from family and friends I have referred to Superior Hyundai, has mirrored my experiences. They verified my trust was well placed. Thanks for all you do to make us feel welcome and important during our visits to Superior Hyundai. The folks who work there are truly Superior personnel.

We recently purchased a used car at Superior Hyundai, and we are extremely impressed with their professionalism and their commitment to do the right thing. After buying the car, ON THE DRIVE HOME, the engine light came on. I immediately called to let the salesman know, and he told us to bring it back the next day (it was after 7pm). We took it in, they diagnosed the issue, they paid for the repairs, and they allowed us to use a (VERY NICE) loaner car while ours was being fixed. This place was recommended to us by a friend, and I'll certainly recommend it to others!
